BB Torch :: GroupWise Webaccess Via Phone?

Just got new Blackberry Torch thru AT&T. Using GroupWise basic interface setting get Webaccess connection to GroupWise 8.0.2 e-mail and all works except when composing a new message - e-mail - appointment - forwarding, etc. The message body dialog box is not expanded and can not see what is typed. When entering body of message it shows up as a long narrow vertical field and you can not see what is typed. But when sent the recipient can see the whole message normaly. Message when entered/typed shows up as a long very narrow vertical field. I do not see this problem with any other fields (date, subject, etc) - Only see it in the message body field when sending new or replying or forwarding, etc. When viewing e-mails received via same webaccess connection body of message shows up normally. Blackberry has all operating system updates installed - browser version is 6.0.0. We are not using BES server - desire to access e-mail via webaccess only. Has anyone else had this problem when accessing e-mail via webaccess or a similar browser connection?
