BB Torch :: Can't Change Phone Settings
Jun 28, 2011I am unable to change any of my ring settings since the first time I changed them. Every time I try to open the sounds for selected profile button it acts like its going to open but just goes back to the same Change sounds and alerts screen.

How do I change it back?also I just updated my bb software yesterday and now I do not have the option to delete my work email on the server or just my phone. Nov 10, 2011How do I change the BB ID associated with a particular device? I have recently been given a new BB Torch 9860 by my employers so I now have 2 BBs. However, during setup I associated the new phone with my BB ID that is still in use on the other phone but it doesn't look like I can run both devices with the same ID - so so how do I remove the ID from the new one?
I will be keeping both phones so I guess I will need seperate IDs for both?
