Jul 17, 2012My phone is turning on but the keypad is not working.. my phone is still under warrenty but i dont have my receipt with me.. what do i do?

BB Curve :: Lock Keypad Of 9360?
Jun 1, 2012My phone keeps emailing and calling random people from my contacts, because I am carrying it in my back pocket. The phone is very easily unlocked accidentally as the unlock button sits on top of it, sticking out of the holster. I have even tried placing it upward down into the holster but it still easily unlocks through the holster.
What is the most efficient way to keep the the device locked for back pocket storage? I could set up a password, but as the number of bad password inputs is obviously limited, I also do not want to have accidental password input.
Is there a way to deactivate the unlock button on top and use a key combination instead? Or anything else?

Oct 20, 2012I recently bought a 9360 Model REM71UW which came with no BIS,Friday morning I purchased this BIS and I received a message instructing me to remove and re-insert the battery in order for some files to be loaded.After I've done that first my trackpad would'nt respond and later all the keys now the phone is black in screen even though its on.I've tried almost every advice i saw in this support forum to no avail.

May 8, 2012I have a blackberry 8520, i have used it for about a year and there are problem in the same.Keypad is not working , wrong key press happening. Given to repair at blackberry service center after n number of follow ups got a reply that the mother board is damaged as it has been exposed to water. Absolutely non sence RCA done by Blackberry team.

Dec 18, 2011First, the application isn't readily available in the main Menu. I must execute an extended Search to be able to access it. Does this mean my device does not support BB Maps? I have one of the new Curve 9360 OS 7.0.0 (unblocked, Movistar). I am currently in Venezuela.I normally reside in Germany and I would like to use it there. I could understand if the app does not work well in South America, but I would like to rest in mind that it'll work in Germany once I set it up there.

I followed the reinstall procedure and now the terms and conditions screen is showing but I can't move in ant direction using the touchpad. Pressing it does select things, unlock and OK when I enter password but that's all I can do.

I am trying to set up my voicemail and when it asks me to enter a number followed by the pound-sign, I am unable to enter anything. Feb 10, 2012I have a brand new BB 9360 with unlimited email, bbm and phone plan (no data plan but I didn't have one on my old phone either and I didn't have this issue). When I'm connected to Wifi, my bbm and email works perfectly. As soon as I leave that wifi connection, it shows I am connected to the Bell network but bbm and email do not work until I turn my phone off then on or make a phone call. It is like it has to reset before really picking up the bell network. I called Bell Canada and they basically told me I have to manually disconnect and reconnect every time I leave a wifi connection. That doesn't even work.

Every time i open them, i get the message (in italian) about an unknown error and, if I continue, I see only grey and white checks.
