I had a problem with my phone rebooting every couple of minutes. I followed the reinstall procedure and now the terms and conditions screen is showing but I can't move in ant direction using the touchpad. Pressing it does select things, unlock and OK when I enter password but that's all I can do.

The touchpad on my Curve 9300 3G has stopped working (frozen) - its done this for abit and then works again but the time it lasts for are getting longer.I'v turned it off and restarted it a couple of times, removed the sim etc. nothing works!

Does this mean my device does not support BB Maps? I have one of the new Curve 9360 OS 7.0.0 (unblocked, Movistar). I am currently in Venezuela.I normally reside in Germany and I would like to use it there. I could understand if the app does not work well in South America, but I would like to rest in mind that it'll work in Germany once I set it up there.

Just shows a not-working browser and the rest is blank.) any search i make doesnt works i cant even open my emails or facebook notifications on the messages thing. Last night my fone turned to GSM signal due to weather and this morning, everything is working except Blackberry Messenger. I can receive BBM messages but the ones I send does not go through. Whatsapp, Email and Facebook is working, it is Only BBM that does not deliver messages to my contacts.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a brand new BB 9360 with unlimited email, bbm and phone plan (no data plan but I didn't have one on my old phone either and I didn't have this issue). When I'm connected to Wifi, my bbm and email works perfectly. As soon as I leave that wifi connection, it shows I am connected to the Bell network but bbm and email do not work until I turn my phone off then on or make a phone call. It is like it has to reset before really picking up the bell network. I called Bell Canada and they basically told me I have to manually disconnect and reconnect every time I leave a wifi connection. That doesn't even work.

Every time i open them, i get the message (in italian) about an unknown error and, if I continue, I see only grey and white checks. I would like to download again the BB maps on my smartphone but I am not able to find the way to do that. I went to [URL] but I am not able to find the way to download the BB maps.
I am seeking support on two things:
1) Why I always get this unknown error when I try to look at my maps?
2) How to download again the maps application?
I am having a problem with my BB 8520. The touchpad in the middle of the phone is not allowing me to move it to other icon's, so it is stuck on the Envelope (e-mail) folder and will only open the last e-mail. It will not allow me to view, send or receive anything else Have tried cleaning it as per the view someone kindly posted me, but no luck. I have tried rebooting and also removing battery, but again, no luck! don't really want to have to go out and buy a new BB as I only got this one in January!!

In 2.0 there was a Settings button for the lapdock that allowed the touchpad's sensitivity to be adjusted. In Webtop 3.0 the only settings adjustment I can find takes me to the phone's Settings which has no category allowing for touchpad sensitivity adjustment. A quick chat with a Motorola "support" person online here suggested there was no longer such an adjustment available, and that they didn't work for Motorola, but would "pass my comment along" to them.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy daughters phone used to connect as USB and you could see her phone from the computer (iMac, Windows). Now when she chooses USB it does not prompt for password, and only connects for charging as if she chose Charge Only.
I don't think it's the computer, same effect on our iMac and 2 Windows computers. Is there a setting in her phone which needs to be changed, or some software update (it seems to be fully updated)
I got a blackberry 9360 on contract about 6 months ago the first bb got some software problems and vodacom gave me a new one the second bb just started switching off wile I am using it so on I gave it in for repairs and they gave me a new one again so now I am on my third blackberry 9360 that is just giving me problems the same as the second one did just switching off about ten times a day The place I have my contract with is just telling me to go to the head office and speak to the people there?
