Apr 7, 2012my bbm stopped working yesterday but i keep getting recent updates occasionally, so i topped up £5 and it took the money and completely stopped working what should i do?

BB Curve :: Maps Not Working On 9360?
Dec 18, 2011First, the application isn't readily available in the main Menu. I must execute an extended Search to be able to access it. Does this mean my device does not support BB Maps? I have one of the new Curve 9360 OS 7.0.0 (unblocked, Movistar). I am currently in Venezuela.I normally reside in Germany and I would like to use it there. I could understand if the app does not work well in South America, but I would like to rest in mind that it'll work in Germany once I set it up there.

Nov 6, 2012I had a problem with my phone rebooting every couple of minutes. I followed the reinstall procedure and now the terms and conditions screen is showing but I can't move in ant direction using the touchpad. Pressing it does select things, unlock and OK when I enter password but that's all I can do.

Jan 5, 2012my BB turned off itself and then when i turned on the browser was different (it doesnt show my favorites or my home page. Just shows a not-working browser and the rest is blank.) any search i make doesnt works i cant even open my emails or facebook notifications on the messages thing. Also i cant close the internet browser with the "back" button.

Last night my fone turned to GSM signal due to weather and this morning, everything is working except Blackberry Messenger. I can receive BBM messages but the ones I send does not go through. Whatsapp, Email and Facebook is working, it is Only BBM that does not deliver messages to my contacts.

Ive tried the small button on the home screen and the larger button on the menu, this has happened before but usually starts working agan after about an hour but it hasn't been working for a full day. Feb 10, 2012I have a brand new BB 9360 with unlimited email, bbm and phone plan (no data plan but I didn't have one on my old phone either and I didn't have this issue). When I'm connected to Wifi, my bbm and email works perfectly. As soon as I leave that wifi connection, it shows I am connected to the Bell network but bbm and email do not work until I turn my phone off then on or make a phone call. It is like it has to reset before really picking up the bell network. I called Bell Canada and they basically told me I have to manually disconnect and reconnect every time I leave a wifi connection. That doesn't even work.

Dec 1, 2012My daughters phone used to connect as USB and you could see her phone from the computer (iMac, Windows). Now when she chooses USB it does not prompt for password, and only connects for charging as if she chose Charge Only.
I don't think it's the computer, same effect on our iMac and 2 Windows computers. Is there a setting in her phone which needs to be changed, or some software update (it seems to be fully updated)

May 25, 2012I got a blackberry 9360 on contract about 6 months ago the first bb got some software problems and vodacom gave me a new one the second bb just started switching off wile I am using it so on I gave it in for repairs and they gave me a new one again so now I am on my third blackberry 9360 that is just giving me problems the same as the second one did just switching off about ten times a day The place I have my contract with is just telling me to go to the head office and speak to the people there?
