The screen wont turn on and it just black, but when i turn it on the red lights comes on and the keypad light, so the phone is clearly on. I thought it was a problem with the actual screen so i got new one and got it put it instead of the old one. this did not fix the problem and the screen still will not turn on.

Ever since, my light is blinking like there is something I need to check, but I have gone in and been through every app and even the hidden folders and can not find any notifications. I have done a hard reset. I am on 5.0 currently and there are no icons at the top of the screen or anything to show me what I need to check to turn the light off.

Given to repair at blackberry service center after n number of follow ups got a reply that the mother board is damaged as it has been exposed to water. Feb 13, 2012Alright, so the trackpad isn't working, but at the same time it is. When I use it with my bare skin, it doesn't work, it takes many swips to do anything. But when I use it with say a piece of tape, or a cloth on the end of my fingers it works great and without a problem.
It's a used phone so swapping it is not an option, but is there some way to fix it?

Aug 22, 2012I was using my blackberry curve 9300 today, it was working fine and then I began to find it hard to use the trackpad, it was like it wasn't picking my thumb up so I decided to do a battery pull and I plugged the battery back in and the red light won't turn on and neither will the screen. It seems to be non-functional all of a sudden.
