When putting in my battery, my phone wont turn on, it comes up with a red light but no loading screen comes on. However this morning the loading screen did come on but 5 minutes later a white screen came up
View 1 RepliesMy bb 9300 only loads until about 3/4 then it shuts down and wont load up again until battery is taken out and re-inserted. I have purchased a new battery and have tried it on a different phone and it shows that it is full but the phone doesnt seem to recogonise it!
When i place it on the charger it loads fully but shows the battery with an x through it, but when i take the charger out again then it says 'battery drained shutting handheld down!'
I have recently gotten a BlackBerry Curve 9300, about 2 months ago.I haven't really had any problems like this before, except once. My BlackBerry turned off while I was using it, and when I turned it back on it would load and then stop.So I pulled out the battery, and put it back in.When I turned it on it loaded, and was fine after that.However, just now, again while I was on it it randomly shut off..I figured it would be like the last time, so I pulled the battery out, and put it back in.When the loading screen came up, it loaded a little past half way, stopped, and then shut off again.I hadn't taken out the battery just yet, but it started to turn on again, so I figured I'd just let it load again, sadly, it did the exact same thing;Loaded a bit past halfway, and resumed the cycle.I thought if I let it do that a couple times it would eventually load through.It did not.So I pulled out the battery, put it back in, but it still has been continuing the same pattern, and won't go past the loading screen.I tried plugging it into the computer, which did not work.I also tried booting it in safe mode, which also did not work.I waited for the LED light to go out, and held the Escape key, while it loaded, but no dialog appeared.So I assume the safe mode is not working either.I've tried just about eveything, I even took the sim card out and left the battery out for a bit.

Ever since, my light is blinking like there is something I need to check, but I have gone in and been through every app and even the hidden folders and can not find any notifications. I have done a hard reset. I am on 5.0 currently and there are no icons at the top of the screen or anything to show me what I need to check to turn the light off.

What do i do i have pulled battery. left it out for long periods of times and it still does it.
My backberry today just went to a white screen, I took the battery out and now I get to the loading screen and everytime the bar gets close to the end it just turns off. The battery wasn't near dead, but I tried charging it. The red light will stay on for a few minutes and then just turns off. Is there something else I should try?

I said yes, as I have been having problems with it, and it asked me if I wanted to proceed, even if the update may cause issues with my email. Of course, assuming nothing would happened, I clicked yes, the app was downloaded, and my phone asked if I wanted to restart now or later. I chose now, however, when restarting, the blackberry screen comes up, the little bar fills up to the end with white, but nothing happens afterwards.
I have tried removing the battery several times, connecting it to my laptop, etc. but nothing works! My phone is still stuck
This morning I switched my blackberry on and it loaded to about 3 quarters of the bar and then froze, I've tried restarting it multiple times also tried taking the battery out and I'm having no luck.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have rebooted & wiped the curve ended up having to go into SAFE MODE to accept something, now the phone will power on to the loading screen but that is it.The bar scrolls across to the right, gets all the way over and then stops.The phone does nothing.Have tried rebooting into SAFE MODE again but it won't even let me do that now.The phone then goes into standby mode, ie. the screen goes blank until I press a button which results in the loading screen appearing again.

It's a news app and was using it for a month. After the update it asked for a reboot so i clicked on reboot now. It was rebooting normally, and then it got stuck on the Welcome screen (the white screen where it just says BlackberryTM along with the blackberry logo). I tried to reboot it again but it gets stuck on the same screen. I don't know what to do.
