View 1 Replies View Relatedrecently my x10 mini pro can't use the touch screen when sliding the keyboard. Then just yesterday, when i slide the kayboard out, the whole screen turn black.
View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I slide my keyboard out, my screen instantly scrambles. It is a pitch or catch as to whether or not the screen corrects itself when the keyboard is then closed. If it does not correct itself, and turning the screen off does not resolve the scramble, I have to pop the battery.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a BB Curve 9300. it's about 7 months old and am using OS 5. I had an application update for an application 'Economic Times'. It's a news app and was using it for a month. After the update it asked for a reboot so i clicked on reboot now. It was rebooting normally, and then it got stuck on the Welcome screen (the white screen where it just says BlackberryTM along with the blackberry logo). I tried to reboot it again but it gets stuck on the same screen. I don't know what to do. I've rebooted it many times but each time it gets stuck on that Welcome Screen.I also tried to wait it out hoping it would come but waited for half-anhour and it was still stuck.

View 1 Replies View RelatedThe screen of my blackberry 9300 keeps going white. The only way that I am able to get my phone to work again is if I pull out the battery. This problem started yesterday when I was listening to music, the music would stop, my phoen would freeze and then the screen would go white and the LED light comes on.

When i place it on the charger it loads fully but shows the battery with an x through it, but when i take the charger out again then it says 'battery drained shutting handheld down!'

View 7 Replies View RelatedA couple days ago my blackberry curve's battery died while I was on a bus. By the time I got back to a charger I noticed that it wouldn't turn on and when I plugged it into the wall, it wouldn't charge or indicate with the LED light that it was charging. I decided to pull out my battery and put it back in, and there was no results. I did the same thing but this time I plugged it into the computer, my curve was still inresponsive. I also left it plugged into a wall unit for +3 hours, when I came back, it still wasn't working.
TL;DR (too long; didn't read): My Curve won't turn on, the screen is completley black and the LED light doesn't flash or even turn on.
When putting in my battery, my phone wont turn on, it comes up with a red light but no loading screen comes on. However this morning the loading screen did come on but 5 minutes later a white screen came up
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've been having problems with my blackberry curve 9300 for the past month, quite often now I get the timer come up on my screen and I cant do anything for sometimes hours, I have done a software update and I end all my apps every night but it still happens I've even wiped everything off my phone and still getting the same problem. This happened with my last blckberry as well but I sent that one off and your company didn't know what was wrong with it and it got sent back to be with even more problems than it did have. Is there a way of resolving this without sending it off?
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have acquired a new icon on my Blackberry 9300 Curve screen - a five pointed gold star with a small black dot in the centre. Have no idea what it relates to or why it suddenly appeared. Can't find any outstanding updates to do. Get the impression that my battery use is speeding up as if there is some activity constantly running.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI purchased the phone from vodafone in New Zealand in Jan and have since moved to Thailand, today I sent an e mail, put it back in my bag and pulled it out a few minutes later only to find that half the screen is white and the other half has pixelated lines running through! I have tried hard and soft reset but to no avail! Will I be able to get the phone repaired in Thailand under some sort of international warranty or what is my best way to go about getting it sorted?

View 9 Replies View RelatedMy Curve 9300 ran out of battery last night, so I plugged it into the charger and the blackberry logo and loading bar appeared.Problem is that instead of going to my home screen there is a white screen which says:

I hadnt installed the desktop software before so I have now, but because my phone has no charge as it ran out before it failed, the desktop manager cannot connect to it to allow me to re-install the software so I really dont know what to do!
I have recently gotten a BlackBerry Curve 9300, about 2 months ago.I haven't really had any problems like this before, except once. My BlackBerry turned off while I was using it, and when I turned it back on it would load and then stop.So I pulled out the battery, and put it back in.When I turned it on it loaded, and was fine after that. However, just now, again while I was on it it randomly shut off..I figured it would be like the last time, so I pulled the battery out, and put it back in.When the loading screen came up, it loaded a little past half way, stopped, and then shut off again.I hadn't taken out the battery just yet, but it started to turn on again, so I figured I'd just let it load again, sadly, it did the exact same thing;Loaded a bit past halfway, and resumed the cycle.I thought if I let it do that a couple times it would eventually load through. It did not.So I pulled out the battery, put it back in, but it still has been continuing the same pattern, and won't go past the loading screen.I tried plugging it into the computer, which did not work.I also tried booting it in safe mode, which also did not work.I waited for the LED light to go out, and held the Escape key, while it loaded, but no dialog appeared. So I assume the safe mode is not working either.I've tried just about eveything, I even took the sim card out and left the battery out for a bit.

View 3 Replies View RelatedMy Blackberry Curve 9300 regularly reverts to a screen saying 'connecting to desktop'. The phone then 'freezes' on that screen and I cannot do anything and the only solution is to open the back, remove and replace the battery and wait for the phone to reboot. This seems to do the trick but it's happening quite frequently which is a major nuisance, particularly since the reboot process takes such an age. Is there anything I can do to stop this happening?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have been trying to change the shortcuts/ icons on the home screen, but unable to do so ..
View 5 Replies View RelatedI followed the instructions on the website and when I connect it to reload the software, the error number on the screen's device changes to 561 and a window opens to tell me the desktop software can't communicate with my blackberry.Once I clicked on repair and wrote in my password it simply tells me that there are no available updates of BlackBerry Device Software at this time and to put in my email so they can warn me when a new update comes out.I don't need to update the software obviously, just to reload any version of it so my phone can work again.
