BB Curve :: 9300 White Screen Crash And Reboot

curve 9300
with three mobile
free space 69148472
version "6.0 bundle 1879"
platform "6.6.0.124
problem is itermitent as in doesnt happen 100% everytime but when it happens it happens frequently and repeatedly
i can be using my phone and when i recieve a call or text it will freeze the screen will go completly white the red light on the front of the device will show then it will reboot it self this also happens when trying to open messages and emails and even when scrolling up and down the apps.
i have wiped my device with the blackberry software and reloaded it several times with different software bundles and each time the problem reacures even if i dont restore my personal settings and i have also removed the memory card.

I understand lots of people have had the same problem, but I just cannot find a solution which works for my Blackberry 8520!It has a white screen showing nothing, it boots once you put the battery in, and the only way to power it off is to take out the battery, I think it also keeps rebooting.I have replaced the screen - still white screen.I have re-installed the OS - still white screen

i got my 9300 for about 3weeks on contract from MTN south Africa?I had my phone in my pocket and i noticed that the lcd has turned white with a small black mark on the screen .Please note that the phone was not dropped or mishandled .

The screen of my blackberry 9300 keeps going white. The only way that I am able to get my phone to work again is if I pull out the battery. This problem started yesterday when I was listening to music, the music would stop, my phoen would freeze and then the screen would go white and the LED light comes on.

My Curve 9300 ran out of battery last night, so I plugged it into the charger and the blackberry logo and loading bar appeared.Problem is that instead of going to my home screen there is a white screen which says:
App Error 523

I hadnt installed the desktop software before so I have now, but because my phone has no charge as it ran out before it failed, the desktop manager cannot connect to it to allow me to re-install the software so I really dont know what to do!

I followed the instructions on the website and when I connect it to reload the software, the error number on the screen's device changes to 561 and a window opens to tell me the desktop software can't communicate with my blackberry.Once I clicked on repair and wrote in my password it simply tells me that there are no available updates of BlackBerry Device Software at this time and to put in my email so they can warn me when a new update comes out.I don't need to update the software obviously, just to reload any version of it so my phone can work again.

My blackberry turns to a white screen with coloured lines, I think there's a problem with my screen but it still vibrates and everything. I did the battery pull a lot of times hoping to unfreeze it off the white screen. Ialso plugged it into my computer and it didnt reconize the device.?

I can log in here on my desktop and can visit the same page using my BlackBerry 9300 browser but I cannot login. The screen goes white and stays that way. (I have of course latest OS and have tried battery reset)

I have a curve 9300 downloaded a game of blackberry app world when it finished it said reboot phone,after I rebooted the screen went white and displayed app error 200 reset. I have tried everything including reinstalling the software on my PC and even an update but the computer says to connect phone when it already is and other times the screen loads black and shows blackberry on it and a bar that realoads and after this it goes right back to the white screen...

This week I've been having trouble in that, when I close an app some times instead of going straight to the home screen I get a white screen with the HTC logo in green for a couple of seconds the I get a black screen with the animated circle in the middle to show it's loading, then it does get back to the home screen, almost like a mini crash. Doesn't do it all the time, but nearly at some point every day now, I've also come across a wierd problem where the screen gets stuck on full brightness, when I check the screen settings the auto is unticked, I re-tick and it'll owrk for a few days and then revert at some point all very weird, just wondered if anyone else has experienced this, I'm wondering if an app is causing I downloaded quite a few new apps last weekend and thats when the problem started, I've removed quite a few apps but the problme won't go away.

My Blackberry 8520 curve suddenly hangs giving a white screen and when i restart it - the screen remains white. After i put it into charge - then only a successful start is done. So the only solution as of now i have - is whenever my blackberry hangs - i need to remove the battery - insert it again - and immediately put it into charging via USB/Electric-Power. Even if i re-insert the battery - the white screen comes - unless and until i put it into charging Earlier i was guessing - my battery was weak.

I downloaded a facebook app upgrade and when it rebooted, my phone froze. I did a battery pull and then went to BBDM to see if I could do a "restore" from my computer, but it won't recognize the phone because it is in this frozen pattern. The screen sits in the white screen with timer mode and every 20 minutes or so, the screen goes black and tries to reset and gets stuck back in the white screen with timer mode. I backed my system up yesterday. Can I do a restore if it won't recognize my phone when I plug it in? Is there a hard reset that I can do?

I recently did a software update on my Blackberry Bold 9000 when prompted by my desktop manager to do so. After the update the phone began running slowly. I then delete a couple applications off the phone such as Myspace and Facebook to free some memory. Then phone had to be rebooted to complete deletion. After reboot, the phone screen turned white and froze. To unfreeze I had to remove the battery. When I put the battery back in, it would not turn on anymore. Could the update have fried the phone altogether?

I have been using Curve 9300 for over a year now. This BB is given by my organization and is locked to Vodafone India.I installed a update to some app a few days back and after installing it the BB asked me to reboot to install the app. I clicked yes and since then it does not reboot. It just shows the red default Vodafone screen (BB being locked to Vodafone India). tried removing the battery. Didnt work. Tried to drain the battery and recharge it before rebooting but didnt work either.The strangest part is that if I remove the SIM card the BB boots perfectly but is practically useless w/o the SIM card.

I have a problem with my Curve 8520. This morning I received an update notification for the T Mobile app, so I upgraded in the usual way. The device then needed rebooting, so I clicked "Reboot now". The white bar that loads on the start up screen will not proceed further than about 3/4 of the way along. I have tried removing and reinserting the battery. I have tried holding the escape key while it loads up. I have also tried both of those while its plugged into the charger as well. Been trying for about 4 hours now to get the phone to restart, but with no success.

3 days ago i was using my phone like normal when i got a white sceen, ive tried pulling the battery but it just goes straight back to the white screen. Does anybody have any idea on how to fix this? Bear in mind i cant connect to Blackberry Software Desktop because for some reason it wont recognise my device, i want to state the phone hasnt been dropped and hasnt been near any water, it just randonly went white.

The OTA 2.3.6 update for the atrix is causing my phone to crash and reboot constantly and is stuck in a boot loop. My phone is stock, I have never attempted to root it or do anything like that. I am attempting to do a data reset on the phone but it crashes before the reset can start.

I've been having issues with my bb, while bbming and listening to music via the media player, minutes and even sometimes seconds after putting a song on my BB freezes up and reboots itself. I have a Blackberry Curve 8530. Several months ago, during daily use, the screen would all of a sudden go black. A battery pull would solve this problem for a while. Eventually this became more frequent. Symptoms progressed (it seemed that if I set the phone down too quickly it would reset) Finally, the phone would turn on, then go immediately to a white screen where it was undetectable by my computer. I contacted my service provider and they said the phone was toast and (amazingly enough) gave me a free loaner to use for the duration of my contract (all info transfered via an old backup, so nothing was lost) After my new phone was working I left my Curve plugged in at my office. Yesterday as I was leaving I looked at the phone again, and the screen was white and telling me to reload software 507.
I plugged it into my computer to begin the process and to my surprise the computer all of a sudden detected the phone and successfully upgraded the software. All looked great, I got past the password stage, and was just going to begin reloading my information when the screen faded to blank again. I still have the free loaner phone, so it's not a big deal, but it's bugging me as to what the problem could be. As of right now the computer can no longer detect the phone again

my dog got hold of my 8530 and put a toothmark in the screen cover. The screen was also damaged meaning I could see white and grey stripes. I bought a new screen and replaced the old one. Now when I turn it on, I get the white screen and i cannot dial out or recieve calls. Basically the phone is dead. I was able to connect to my desktop and install the latest OS version. I put the old screen back in and I still cannot recieve or dial. I must have done something while taking it apart or putting back together? It is a very simple procedure so I would think it difficult to screw it up. Before I took it apart, i could get phone calls and dial out but i couldnt see the outgoing or incoming call screen. I took the battery out before I took it apart. Now when I connect to my desktop, the connection comes and goes as if you were plugging and plugping in the device.

was in the middle of updating my blackberry and it came up with a message saying it had failed, so I unplugged my phone and from then onwards it gets stuck on the reboot screen and I cannot use my phone. All that happens is that the white bar at the bottom (the one that shows how much longer the reboot is going to be) , when it gets to the end instead of starting up my phone it just stays like it and nothing happens for a while. Then a white screen comes up and says " app error 200 "

i restarted my phone by alt-shift-del and my phone is now stuck on the reboot screen,the bar under the blackberry logo fully loads, stays like that for 5-10 minutes then restarts and loads all over again, no error message pops up no white screen just the logo and the bar constantly resetting?
