Sisters 8330 turns on and screen lights up fine, but none of the keys work. Including the ball and side keys.Any idea on how to fix? Tried restoring on Desktop Manager but got some sort of error.
View 9 RepliesI woke up this morning to my phone not working.My trackball is able to scroll left-right and up-down, but unable to click. As well, none of the other keys work.I've tried resetting my phone by pulling the battery out & I've deleted all the apps that were on it via the Desktop Software.I can't answer the phone, check/ respond to texts nothing. I bought the phone at Radio Shack a little less than a year ago.I've never had water damage, my strip is still white.

But all of sudden it functions well and again hangs on & while... i tried upgrdaing the version... but seems nothing working out I tried many times removing the battery and fixing it back... Then I downloaded a game and a theme.. about 30 mins after the theme it started not to work.The only thing I can do is take a picture.The track ball wont move at all. Left or right. It will take a picture.Is there anything I can do? Please help me if you can.I cant even dial my phone. when i type a name in it wont let me scrool down to the number I need.is there a way to dete the stuff? Or fix the trackball?
View 8 Replies View RelatedI've had my Curve 8330 since August 2009. The mouse ball stopped working when I move it in the down direction. It works fine going up, left or right, just not down. It did this a few months ago, then miraculously started working again. This time, it started working again for about 20 minutes, and stopped again. I have pulled out the battery and put it back in to do a complete reboot, but to no avail.

I've bought my 5800 XM yesterday. Today I was playing some music and noticed that the sidevolume buttons don't work when keypad is locked! It's very difficult to take out the phone from your pocket and then adjust the volume or change the track unless you have put on the handsfree. Please let me know if there is any fix for this.

View 2 Replies View RelatedHas anyone else had any problems with the Messager II / R560 as far as the keypad is concerned? My keypad has become iffy when I press certain keys. It happens mostly with the "T" key. Sometimes I'll press it and it won't register. Sometimes I'll press it and it won't register but then double the "T" the next time I hit it. It'll do this on some other keys around the "T" but mostly the T. I'm thinking it's a warranty issue. This started about a 1.5 months in to using it. I just wanted to get a feel for anyone else having this problem. I'm on Cricket...but I assume this is a problem with the MetroPCS version, too.

View 1 Replies View RelatedGreetings, blackberry 8310: some keys are not working, now normally I would think it's because it has gone through some rough punishment, but odd enough, sometimes they work. The Keys i'm talking about are the Z-C-N-M-SPACE-RIGHT SHIFT-LOWER VOLUME keys, but, when I press Z like 10 times it starts to work, so does the C, and then the N and M and SPACE, and what's even weirder is that when the keys do work, they work without any problem whatsoever, I think it's a software problem or something or an OS problem but I'm not an engineer, so I dont know.

All of these problems occurred at the same time leading me to believe it's a software problem? I've tried several hard resets, without success.I haven't installed any new apps or updated software recently.

Given to repair at blackberry service center after n number of follow ups got a reply that the mother board is damaged as it has been exposed to water. Absolutely non sence RCA done by Blackberry team.
