BB Bold :: Unable To Synchronize My Organizer
Sep 13, 2012I have changed email address recently and am now using a hotmail account and a googlemail account. I also use a yahoo account and an Orange account. They all are on my Outlook. Since I changed email account, I can no longer synchronize my organiser (calendar etc) between my phone and my outlook on my computer.

I had initially been able to access my Yahoo email from my BB, but as of last week, I am no longer able to. I deleted email account from phone, then re added. Now, it's just stuck in this sychronization mode.

Also, the BB Knowledge Base Article KB23925 says its aware of this problem, however, has no time frame for resolution.Ok guys can we hurry up! Its rendering my ability to use this device dramatically as I am a exclusive Mac User. I have to keep another phone with me to reference #'s and email addresses!Does anyone have a suggestion(s), besides buy an iPhone? )

Aug 31, 2010I have a new Blackberry Curve 8530. When I set it up, I was able to synchronize my Outlook calendar to the BB but not my contacts. I was unable to synchronize my contacts because it said my BB was set up for wireless synchronization. I tried to follow the instructions for truning off wireless synching, but when I go to options in my contacts there is no wireless synchronization field for me to change. What am I missing?
Also, I updated my operating system and now I am unable to sync my calendar. When I try to select the organizer data to synronize, it won't let me select calendar because it says that calendar is not installed (and it won't let me select address book because it says it is syncing wirelessly). I have reinstalled my BB Desktop software and I read on another post that gmail might be a problem so I no longer have my gmail account on my BB. When I open my BB Desktop manager on my computer, I get a message saying "unknown error reported," which is why I reinstalled my Destop software, but I still get this message after the reinstall.

Oct 24, 2011I've just received my first Blackberry and have been through the setup. However I am unable to receive or send emails because it says either my password or my email address are incorrect. The email address is definately correct and the password was only set up this morning so that's correct. It's a business email, not BES or Hotmail. Is it my Blackberry password it's asking for or my email password?

Feb 13, 2012how can I turn my BB 9860 completely off? Whenever I press the Power off button from the menu or the hard key, the screen goes off however the phone does not switch off, it just disconnects me from wireless networks and the phone freezes mostly. The only way I am able to turn the phone off completely is by removing the battery. I have tried holding the power off key for a long time but that is of know help.

After downloading the Blackberry App World's latest version i am not able to login to the Blackberry ID account, while my username and password is valid as i am able to log in to the website using the same ID and PW.thing is working except the telphone and enterprise email, i am not able to setup my yahoo email or gmail accounts, coz everytime its leading to the verify Blackberry ID screen and when i key in it says " Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account" its not telling wrong password, there must be something i am missing during the setup process.

Oct 29, 2011I have just recieved my new 9860 and have a recurring problem throughout the phone. The easiest example is when you use apps like facebook for the first time, you see a terms and conditions pop up. At the bottom of this popup is a small blue arrow to indicate there is more to read if you scroll down. I can't scroll down... the cursor just goes off screen.
This problem is persistant throughout the phone in the blackberry side menu, the home page and on web pages. Basically I cannot scroll anything that requires scrolling to view more. The cursor just dissappears off the screen.
I have tried removing the battery (whilst turned on) to no avail. I have tried adjusting fonts (another list that will not scroll) and Orange tech support were unable to help.

Apr 18, 2012i have recently bought a 9860 although i have regestered and sbscribet to bb servs i can not settup my e mail account the only i get when goto setup email is to activate an enterprice account ... have spoke to orange (absolute useless) thay say thay cant assist as blackberry problem cant get any assistance from blackberry.

Dec 5, 2012I have set-up my Blackberry 9780 (running version 6) to synchronise with my BTYahoo emails and contacts successfully, but the calendar just doesn't synchronise. There appears to be no interaction between the Blackberry's calendar and BTYahoo's.
My service provider is O2. O2's support said this is a known problem and I should rebuild my Blackberry, but I am hoping for a less dramatic fix and one that sounds specific to my problem rather than a generic answer for a problem.

I open my BB Desktop software and go to "organizer". The only icon that say "not installed" is my calendar.

When i go into configure it, the drop down box after i have inputted 2 way synch with outlook, the drop down box that asks for outlook user profile has nothing in it and if you try to proceed, you get the error message:

May 4, 2012I cannot sync my iPhone 4S with my iTunes libraries. I've tried with other devices and I can sync but not with my iPhone. I've deleted de program (all the components) and reinstalled it again (with a fresh downloaded version).
Thankfully i've recovered the contacts and apps thanks to iCloud, but not most of the pictures, tones and music.
