I have changed email address recently and am now using a hotmail account and a googlemail account. I also use a yahoo account and an Orange account. They all are on my Outlook. Since I changed email account, I can no longer synchronize my organiser (calendar etc) between my phone and my outlook on my computer.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI am unable to get synching going in either direction between my new Bold 9780 and my work MS exchange account on Outlook. I have set up the BB to handle work emails and these work and synch fine between the BB and my outlook on my laptop.But calendar synching is not working at all.... BB help tells me to go to the organizer app (eg calendar) press menu key > options > select the Wireless Synchronization check box.However, this check box just doesnt exist.
View 4 Replies View Relatedi recently went into facebook on my bbb i have not done this before and afterwards noticed my organizer/calendar appointments all had green lines beside them and when i whent to sync my phone to update my appointments it said my default had changed to facebook, and if i wanted to go back to the original then it said cancel 56 appointments. i do not want to lose this info and am not sure what to do. i also tried to back up my phone which i do not know how to do well to save this info but cannot see any of my appointments on my desktop computer

View 18 Replies View RelatedI just recently upgraded the desktop software to the new version 6.0.0.40 and I can't seem to sync my organizer data anymore I've tried resetting my settings and then I tried hitting configure settings and I keep getting an error. The exact error that pops up reads "Unknown error reported".I know the BB is connected because all my media music/pictures/videos are appearing on the desktop software.

I had initially been able to access my Yahoo email from my BB, but as of last week, I am no longer able to. I deleted email account from phone, then re added. Now, it's just stuck in this sychronization mode.

Its rendering my ability to use this device dramatically as I am a exclusive Mac User. View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a new Blackberry Curve 8530. When I set it up, I was able to synchronize my Outlook calendar to the BB but not my contacts. I was unable to synchronize my contacts because it said my BB was set up for wireless synchronization. I tried to follow the instructions for truning off wireless synching, but when I go to options in my contacts there is no wireless synchronization field for me to change. What am I missing?
Also, I updated my operating system and now I am unable to sync my calendar. When I try to select the organizer data to synronize, it won't let me select calendar because it says that calendar is not installed (and it won't let me select address book because it says it is syncing wirelessly). I have reinstalled my BB Desktop software and I read on another post that gmail might be a problem so I no longer have my gmail account on my BB. When I open my BB Desktop manager on my computer, I get a message saying "unknown error reported," which is why I reinstalled my Destop software, but I still get this message after the reinstall.
I have problems trying to sync my lotus notes calendar to my blackberry via USB using the Desktop Manager. The error message is: "Lotus Notes Connector returned a Notes Kernel Error (code 16643). See notes API documentation doe more details".

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have set-up my Blackberry 9780 (running version 6) to synchronise with my BTYahoo emails and contacts successfully, but the calendar just doesn't synchronise. There appears to be no interaction between the Blackberry's calendar and BTYahoo's.
My service provider is O2. O2's support said this is a known problem and I should rebuild my Blackberry, but I am hoping for a less dramatic fix and one that sounds specific to my problem rather than a generic answer for a problem.

I open my BB Desktop software and go to "organizer". The only icon that say "not installed" is my calendar.
All the rest (memo pad, Address book and tasks) are OK. I try to reset settings but nothing work....

After downloading the updates to the software, I am now unable to sync media (i.e. I get a message saying "Media Options not available") so my photos have been accumulating on my phone. Just one irritation, to which I wonder if anyone has a solution. If I switch the phone off for any reason, when I switch it back on, the folders are all still on the home screen, with the icon I have attributed to the folder, but the names all change to 'Apps label'.
