View 1 RepliesI have had my BB for around 2 weeks ago and up to now have had no problems. Now all of a sudden today it keeps asking me to validate my email. I have done this several times and get the message that validation has been successful. A couple of minutes later it asks me to do it again!I have deleted my email account and re-added it aswell as do the battery pull but still no success. I rely heavily on my phone to get emails through but it won't work.Can anyone advise me what to do or what the problem might be? I have a gmail account but there isn't any problems with that.

It seems there are always problems cropping up whenever I arrive at the other country (SIM Swap). most problems are easily solved with resending Service Books and/or Battery Pull.However my latest problem can't be solved regardless whatever I did.There is no sound whenever a new email gets push to my Phone, also, i only have a "Save Draft" option BUT NOT "Send" option. I can't send mail now.Things I have done.1. Battery Pull2. Re-registering my email (after deleting Service Books and the removing the email from device)3. Called my local provider who claims to resolve the issue but to no avail.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI changed the sim card in my 9900 to try band find a number that was on another sim card, I reinserted my other sim card and I now cant access my phone. I get prompted with a blackberry ID log in screen, it won't accept any password I give it nor will it aallow me to change my password. After restarting it a few times I am now into my phone although can't send any messages or anything, At the top of the screen it says 'Insert SIM Card' when the sim is already in it.

I cannot send any MMS to any number and i cannot receive any MMS from anybody. When I try to send them a big red X pups up right next to the message and it just stays there and the message does not go through.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI wonder if anyone can help me with this problem please. I have recently purchased a BB-Bold 9700 and transferred my settings from my old Bold. I have to email addresses (both Gmail) registered which appear on my main screen. The push email works fine! However, whenever I send an email, I cannot see the sent mail in the individual email folders but only in the main messages folder which is very annoying and confusing. Here's what I have tried sofar:
1. I tried to go into options and mark "No" in the section indicated hide my sent messages.
2. I tried going into filter and ticking sent messages. They appear but once you press the back button they disappear again.
3. I tried going onto the BB website and I successfully downloaded the newest software update (5.0.0.4) but still it did not resolve the problem....
Do I need to wipe off the whole device? Can someone please help because I'm very confused and frustrated with this issue.....
I had my email on my blackberry bold 9900 and 2 days ago my battery died on me so when i got home and plugged it in blackberry desktop came up saying i had an update so i updated it,and then everything on my phone was gone.. So i restored it back to its old self and now for some reason i dont have email account managment now and im not getting any emails on my phone.

The problem is that whenever i go to setup and click on email account and then Internet Mail Account nothing happened. I have followed all the general instructions i.e. settings, then email accounts...When I do this a screen appears thats says no accounts added and underneath an option to add Enterprise account? Which I don't have, this seems to be the only account that can be added.

They are not incorrect, I have double checked all the details. It is a POP/IMAP account. I have all the required details, incoming server, username, passwords etc.It also claims the server is down when I try to enter the details, this is also unture. When I try to set up my email on the device it says to contact the server but in the server the confirgurations are ok.On the same note my staff uses a blackberry Germini 8520i. He can run the same domain email on it.I was comparing this and found out that in his phone you can configure ports.I am really in need of a professional assistance.My Network Service provider Digicel technicial team cannot even get this confirgured as they say the server some how is blocking the email to confirgure. View 5 Replies View RelatedAbout a month ago I had a severe system crash and had to re-install BB 7.1, once it was re-installed I used Blackberry Protect to get all my settings back. For some reason since then my phone will not send or recieve email even though it shows I have an email account set up on it. When I go to Setup and try to click on "Email Accounts" nothing happens MOST of the time. Sometimes I can get into the next screen but it won't let me open the BIS only the BES. I have searched and searched and used a few of the remedies I have seen on here and none of them have worked. I have the approriate data plan as email worked fine BEFORE the system crash, I have "registered" it and re-sent the data packs and everything else. I just can't get past the one screen to get INTO the settings. I have tried mobile.blackberry.com, chose Canada but there is NOTHING there to change any email settings.

My bold 9900 e-mail set up always automatically come up after leave it for a while or after unlock screen, I have all e-mail seup already. Also try remove all e-mail and setup again this problem still exist, very annoy.

I was following KB03133, however i never get the link "I will provide the settings" . Telus wont allow me to use the web login, so i cant access it that way.
