BB Bold :: Can't Send Email - No Send Button

I used to be able to send emails no problem from my blackberry bold. However, I am no longer able to. When I go to send an email no "send" button is present only save draft. Even in full menu there is no send.

When I try to reply to an email message on the new Bold 9900, I can't locate the Send button. All I can find is Save Draft. Is this a software glitch in the new OS or am I missing something obvious?

When I compose an email and after I've typed everything and added the address, when I want to send it my send button is missing, it worked fine till 2 months ago.

one we have two Pearl phone that have no send button, one says service isn't set up but its getting emails. The other never got the message but it also is receiving emails.The one that didn't get the message is recieving error messages on the oputlook even thought it still forwarding everything to the blackberry, the error messages come every 15 mins.

Suddenly I am unable to send sms message, blackberry instant message or even send & receive email I get messages saying subscriber is not authorised.Additionally I get some app messages saying cannot connect to server.

My phone is trying to send an email that it can't send. The message is in the Outbox. I would like to delete the message but as long as the message is trying to send it, I am unable to. Is there any way to tell it to stop sending so that I can delete it?

I wonder if anyone can help me with this problem please. I have recently purchased a BB-Bold 9700 and transferred my settings from my old Bold. I have to email addresses (both Gmail) registered which appear on my main screen. The push email works fine! However, whenever I send an email, I cannot see the sent mail in the individual email folders but only in the main messages folder which is very annoying and confusing. Here's what I have tried sofar:
1. I tried to go into options and mark "No" in the section indicated hide my sent messages.
2. I tried going into filter and ticking sent messages. They appear but once you press the back button they disappear again.
3. I tried going onto the BB website and I successfully downloaded the newest software update (5.0.0.4) but still it did not resolve the problem....
Do I need to wipe off the whole device? Can someone please help because I'm very confused and frustrated with this issue.....

After a year and a half of use, my BB 9650 has not been receiving or sending email for 3 weeks.When I try to send email, the message displays the error "User account is in SUSPENDED mode"Tried accessing email settings - got the message "Your device is not registered. Go to Options > Settings Advanced Options Host Routing Table"When I do, I do see the Registration message in the message list, but still cannot send or receive email.I've also noticed a new icon a few times, and when I open I see a message "Regenerating encryption keys" - this process always times out and says there's an issue connecting with the server.I do not have an issue accessing the internet, using the Facebook application, phone calls, texts, etc.How I've tried to fix:Reboot - both by battery and then removing battery and SIM cardcalled my wireless provider and they confirmed Blackberry Internet Service is on - that it's an issue with the device (which they did not provide and do not support)Downloaded and updated Desktop softwareupdated device software to 6.0.0.706

I have a colleague who has sporadic problems with his blackberry. It seems he can not receive emails but can send as he wishes. This is more of an intermittent problem but can sometimes take days to resolve, usually resolving itself.

I have two eamil accounts on my BB. A gmail account and a business email. Gmail is fine. Business address can send but hasn't received for the last 8 hours. Did the service books thing, pulled the battery 3 times, looked at all kinds of forums etc, and still nothing.

I switched from a BlackBerry Curve 9300 to BlackBerry Bold 9900 using the BlackBerry Desktop Software and for some strange reason I can't receive or send E-mails or even change the E-mail Address. I try going on 'Setup E-mail Accounts' but it won't open E-mail Accounts no matter how many times I click on it. I have tried restarting but it won't work.

I have had my BB for around 2 weeks ago and up to now have had no problems. Now all of a sudden today it keeps asking me to validate my email. I have done this several times and get the message that validation has been successful. A couple of minutes later it asks me to do it again!I have deleted my email account and re-added it aswell as do the battery pull but still no success. I rely heavily on my phone to get emails through but it won't work.Can anyone advise me what to do or what the problem might be? I have a gmail account but there isn't any problems with that.

I have gmail on my 9700 and everytime I send a email it doesnt show up as a sent emal. It doesnt show nothing. I could only see my recieved emails. Also, I noticed Im not recieving emails immediatley on my 9700. It takes atleast five minutes or more after the email has been sent to actually get it on my 9700. Is this normal? I just noticed it took about twenty minutes after an email was sent to recieve it on my 9700?

I have a question... and some have been partially answered by the "Similar threads feature" when creating this thread, + I have searched thru the FAQ, etc.. before creating this thread. And done some google searching, but I mainly run into enterprise account users posts, etc.. Mine are just MSN, and GMAIL.
I have multiple accounts that all forward to one GMail account. One of them is a @msn account which is setup to forward, but keep copy on server.
Right now I have my main GMail address setup in my blackberry. I also have the GMail App installed, but since email opened with it is not HTML, it's sort of worthless to me.
Anyway, I would like the ability to send to/reply to certain emails using the alternate account, that in all likelihood was sent to one of the alternate accounts.
How to go about adding the MSN account as a "SEND ONLY" account?
And also, how do I add the other GMail accounts that forward to my primary, so that they show up as an option to use to send FROM, but never receive from the account?
My Carrier is Sprint, but I don't think that makes much difference.
If I could get this setup, I would be very happy.

Rogers Blackberry technical support has tried everything and they are now telling me it's a hardware issue, and I need to pay full price for a new phone because my warranty has expired. I don't think it's a hardware issue. I will explain. A few days ago I installed Blackberry Desktop Manager 5.0.1 on my new computer. After connecting the Bold to my new computer, Blackberry Desktop Manager stated that a few of my applications are old and upgrades are recommended and therefore I upgraded. One of these upgrades included an upgrade to my operating system (to version 4.6.0.303).
After installing and re-booting, the smartphone did not work the same. I was able to use the phone, text message, and internet (rogers mall website directly and not search engine like before) but I could no longer set up e-mail, and PIN messages. I contacted Rogers Blackberry technical customer and we re-boot several times...did not work, then re-installed the operating system several times...did not work. I also checked Host Routing Table, and it was empty (as per technical support there should be a log of files). I tried to register and nothing changed. The only other change that I noticed is next to the 3G characters, there used to be a blackberry logo (4 dots), and now it's gone. I only see 3G.

I can now receive email, but I cannot send / reply to emails. The only option I get is to "Save Draft".

I cannot receive/send email after perform the security wipe and retore my back up.Below is the step I have done:
1. Perform a complete back up using Blackberry Desktop Software.
2. Perform security wipe manually on the phone via Options > Security > Security Wipe.
3. After wiped, I using Blackberry Desktop Software to restore my backed up data.
4. Starting from now, i can't send/receive emails.
I have try go to Setup > Email Accounts > click into Internet Mail Account, but it bound back to the Setup page. Then i try Message icon > Options > Email Account Management, it prompt up "Unable to open email setup application. Contact your wireless service provider" message. May I khow what happen to my blackberry?

I have run into a massive problem with my BB email.I can compose/send and receive email pushed to my phone but I cannot seem to REPLY to messages by hitting reply. Instead I receive an error saying that I can only compose a draft. Now this only happens when I am replying to an already pushed email. I have already tried resending service books and resending HRT.

Apparently my device is set to automatically send out read mail receipts. Can I change that option to never send them out? On the old thread it sounded like I have no choice, but that was re: a different type of BB. If anyone knows how to even get into my options to look I'd appreciate it. I've read how other people are getting there - going from the main menu to email settings/options/advanced settings, etc, but I can't find all the "options" I need.
