I have not received any email in over 3 weeks. What can I do, as I dont want to get another phone? I understand that BB's server is fixed.

I have a colleague who has sporadic problems with his blackberry. It seems he can not receive emails but can send as he wishes. This is more of an intermittent problem but can sometimes take days to resolve, usually resolving itself.

My blackberry bold has just stopped receiving emails but can send them, when you try to send emails to the email address it says the following:

A few days ago my BBm stopped receiving messages. I can send out no problems, when they try to respond, they get the D next to the check but it does not show up on my phone.

I have no idea what it could be. I have deleted BBM and reinstalled.

I"m using pop3 service to my computer and my blackberry cell phone. About 2 days ago, my inmail24 pop3 service start trouble by sending same email to my blackberry cell phone as long I haven"t deleted those email via webmail. this is very annoying, i have to log in to webmail to delete all the inbox so it wont received again in my 9700. however as soon as new emails coming to my inbox, the problem arise again, it received again and again same email. my other email which i connected with push email, did not have any problem, received only once at any email and did not get any duplication received. Also my outlook at my computer is normal, receive all email only once, and did not get any duplication as my blackberry 9700 phones.

My Bold has stopped receiving eMail automatically. It seems as if 15-20 minutes go by and then I receive all the email sent within that time frame. I can't find where to change a setting so that as soon as I receive on my desktop it's on my Berry.

BB Bold 9700 :: Send Email Cannot Sent Individual Email Folders

I wonder if anyone can help me with this problem please. I have recently purchased a BB-Bold 9700 and transferred my settings from my old Bold. I have to email addresses (both Gmail) registered which appear on my main screen. The push email works fine! However, whenever I send an email, I cannot see the sent mail in the individual email folders but only in the main messages folder which is very annoying and confusing. Here's what I have tried sofar:

1. I tried to go into options and mark "No" in the section indicated hide my sent messages.
2. I tried going into filter and ticking sent messages. They appear but once you press the back button they disappear again.
3. I tried going onto the BB website and I successfully downloaded the newest software update ( but still it did not resolve the problem....

Do I need to wipe off the whole device? Can someone please help because I'm very confused and frustrated with this issue.....

BB Bold :: 9650 Not Sending/receiving Email/texts?

An employees phone recently took a few spills and was upgraded by corporate. I backed up his old AT&T Curve 8310 before I rolled his number over to his new Verizon Bold 8650 yesterday.Everything was working properly, but due to time constraints I didn't get a chance to restore his contacts/info over to this new phone until this morning and this I think is where I created a problem. After I did a restore on the new Bold, the ability to send/recieve emails as well as text messages stopped (of course I don't hear about this until he's left the office and is off to the airport).  The phone will still send/recieve calls, but email/texts (and presumably web) are a no go. His emails are currently being delivered via POP/webmail and every time he tries to send out an email or a text he gets an error on screen.When I did the restore, did the phone grab the old AT&T settings and tried to supplant them over the VZW settings?

Edit the second After an additional phone call with this employee, he was able to recieve a test message that I sent to him, but when he tried to respond, there wasn't an option for him to send the response that he had written, be it via my message, or by creating a new message.

I use a Bold 9780 and have T-Mobile US as a provider. From my Gmail account I get mail sent twice, once from Gmail and once from Unknown. Checked with T-Mobile but did not get a satisfactory response. Ideally, I would like to do away with the extra copy.

After a year and a half of use, my BB 9650 has not been receiving or sending email for 3 weeks.When I try to send email, the message displays the error "User account is in SUSPENDED mode"Tried accessing email settings - got the message "Your device is not registered. I have had my BB for around 2 weeks ago and up to now have had no problems. Now all of a sudden today it keeps asking me to validate my email. I have done this several times and get the message that validation has been successful. A couple of minutes later it asks me to do it again!I have deleted my email account and re-added it aswell as do the battery pull but still no success. I rely heavily on my phone to get emails through but it won't work.Can anyone advise me what to do or what the problem might be? I have a gmail account but there isn't any problems with that.

I have gmail on my 9700 and everytime I send a email it doesnt show up as a sent emal. It doesnt show nothing. I could only see my recieved emails. Also, I noticed Im not recieving emails immediatley on my 9700. It takes atleast five minutes or more after the email has been sent to actually get it on my 9700. Is this normal? I just noticed it took about twenty minutes after an email was sent to recieve it on my 9700?

BB Bold 9650 :: Setting Up Email Accounts For Send Only

I have a question... and some have been partially answered by the "Similar threads feature" when creating this thread, + I have searched thru the FAQ, etc.. before creating this thread. And done some google searching, but I mainly run into enterprise account users posts, etc.. Mine are just MSN, and GMAIL.

I have multiple accounts that all forward to one GMail account. One of them is a @msn account which is setup to forward, but keep copy on server.

Right now I have my main GMail address setup in my blackberry. I also have the GMail App installed, but since email opened with it is not HTML, it's sort of worthless to me.

Anyway, I would like the ability to send to/reply to certain emails using the alternate account, that in all likelihood was sent to one of the alternate accounts.

How to go about adding the MSN account as a "SEND ONLY" account?

And also, how do I add the other GMail accounts that forward to my primary, so that they show up as an option to use to send FROM, but never receive from the account?

My Carrier is Sprint, but I don't think that makes much difference.

If I could get this setup, I would be very happy.

Rogers Blackberry technical support has tried everything and they are now telling me it's a hardware issue, and I need to pay full price for a new phone because my warranty has expired. After installing and re-booting, the smartphone did not work the same. I was able to use the phone, text message, and internet (rogers mall website directly and not search engine like before) but I could no longer set up e-mail, and PIN messages. I contacted Rogers Blackberry technical customer and we re-boot several times...did not work, then re-installed the operating system several times...did not work. I also checked Host Routing Table, and it was empty (as per technical support there should be a log of files). I tried to register and nothing changed. The only other change that I noticed is next to the 3G characters, there used to be a blackberry logo (4 dots), and now it's gone. I only see 3G.

I recently received a replacement Bold 9700. I have restored my previous phone's info that was backed up before.

I can now receive email, but I cannot send / reply to emails. The only option I get is to "Save Draft".
