I got a new bold 9900 2 days ago, all was going well, but when I open an email, I don't see the options create, send, forward reply etc, I have to go via the blackberry button?

The 3 accounts are a BlackBerry, Hotmail and a company account (Outlook) with Microsoft Exchange I was able to get the BlackBerry and the Hotmail account to work again by entering the passwords but not the Outlook account, the error message is: [URL] password is invalid. Please try again Last night I was able to get my Outlook email account to work again however I lost it again this morning with same error message, p.s. also lost the other 2 accounts this morning but got them going again easily.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have had my BB for around 2 weeks ago and up to now have had no problems. Now all of a sudden today it keeps asking me to validate my email. I have done this several times and get the message that validation has been successful. A couple of minutes later it asks me to do it again!I have deleted my email account and re-added it aswell as do the battery pull but still no success. I rely heavily on my phone to get emails through but it won't work.Can anyone advise me what to do or what the problem might be? I have a gmail account but there isn't any problems with that.

I have been using my 9900 for 3 months now between 2 countries. It seems there are always problems cropping up whenever I arrive at the other country (SIM Swap). most problems are easily solved with resending Service Books and/or Battery Pull.However my latest problem can't be solved regardless whatever I did.There is no sound whenever a new email gets push to my Phone, also, i only have a "Save Draft" option BUT NOT "Send" option. I can't send mail now.Things I have done.1. Battery Pull2. Re-registering my email (after deleting Service Books and the removing the email from device)3. Called my local provider who claims to resolve the issue but to no avail.

Not sure how this happened...I do know this happened right after I wasn't able to send any emails yesterday afternoon but once that cleared up the phone was working and looking as it normally does and then BAM! w/o warning the icons are now lined up.For instance, my media panel looks like this

I have a weired problem on my new 9900 (Vodafone, 7.0.0.296): Once I downloaded any app from the AppWorld I can not move it to any other place on the homescreen (not even to another folder). Every App which already was on the device when I got it is movable.

View 1 Replies View RelatedAfter my most recent sync with my Toshiba Satellite laptop, all of my old appointments disappeared. I think that there was an option to do this and I am sure that I did not do this intentionally. It has never happened before on previous syncs. I am running software 7.1 Bundle 998 but do not have Outlook on my laptop. I am pretty sure everything is backed up in a .bbb file from the date of this sync. The question is how do I restore all of these old appointments to my calendar from this file or elsewhere.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have always used the emails on my BB whitout problems but now out of the blue the 'send' buttom disaperead...I still receive my emails and can reply them but if I decide to write an email or even send a photo, the 'send' function is not there anymore...also when I try to compose an email and start typing the contact details name or first letter of the name , BB don't show me the options of contact details so I have to tyoe it all by myself...(but as I don't have the 'send ' buttom anymore it doesn't matter, what is the point of composing an email?)
