How can I move icons to the main screen on Bold 9900 device so when I turn on the device the icons appear. Currently, I have to touch arrow at bottom middle of screen and swipe up to have the icons appear.

I tried rebooting, deleting and reinstalling, also nothing..I also went on Desktop Manager, checked the Application Loader, and it's there, it's ticked.I checked Options > Applications > Add-on, and I can see that the BlackBerry Messenger is installed (Research In Motion Limited, version 5.0.1.38).My Device Software is updated, and when I check for updates, it says no updates available.I tried Security Wipe, but it's still not there..I tried to backup and restore as well, but nothing's changed
I think I accidentially deleted something & then suddenly all of my Icons on the main screen dissappeared. And all I get is a blank yellow circle that I can move across the bottom of the Screen. Also after the accidential deletion, I intermittently got "Error 523" with "Reboot" or something like that. On the secondary screen where it would normally display all Icons, I only get a blank screen (just showing my background) with no icons. It does however show stuff like the battery symbol, notifications, wifi symbol, etc.
I reinstalled the most recent firmware that I could reinstall.It restored the Icons on the secondary screen but none on the first screen and still only get a blank yellow circle that I can move back and forth across the screen. & I also lost the ability to "move" Icons. Even tried "Alt+BB button" & not able to move Icons,I took out the battery, Sim card & memory card & then reinserted them. Still no Icons on the first screen & on the second screen where all the Icons would show is now blank again.Anyone know how I can restore the Icons to the first Screen? How I can get the move function back & get all my Icons to not dissappear off the second screen?
OK how do you get more icons on the main screen of the blackberry, the move to folder only allows it to move to Home,application etc. I want to move a couple to the main screen is this possible and how.

When I click my media icon, messages shows up. When I click my message icon, the blackberry app pops up. I have a blackberry 8530 by the way.

I'm trying to move icons from one screen to the another and I'm wondering how to do this. If I touch an icon and hold it for a few seconds the screen starts to shake and it appears as though I can move it around, but when I do it just goes back to its original location.

I understand tap and hold to make the icons jiggle, then drag. Only problem is, I can move them to the right but not to the left--to the home screen. For example, I moved one of the default home screen icons to the second screen, leaving a hole. Now I'm trying to move an icon from the second screen into the hole I created. I can drag to the right and create a new screen, but it will not break through to the left onto the home screen.

i have a problem with my bb bold 9780. the folders in the main manu keep changing their names from german to english (my selected language is german). e.g. the games and the application folder, the rest has still its german name. and also there appear new icons, some with a question mark in it (but on top it says sounds), some i don't know. it seems to me, that my bb kind of splits folders and than some of the icons show up in the main menu.
this started yesterday and so i updated my bb. after this everything was fine again. i deleted some of the apps that were installed with the update (Internet, myspace, ...) and after the restart there was the same problem again. i installed some new apps (slide lock, games, themes and password lock) before and some time after the problem started. i don't know if this has any to do with it.
I want to move my SMS Icon to the main screen. How do I do this on a Blackberry 8520 ? Please keep in mind I need STEP BY STEP directions.

So last night I noticed that the icons on my panels are no longer together, but now lined up vertically! Not sure how this happened...I do know this happened right after I wasn't able to send any emails yesterday afternoon but once that cleared up the phone was working and looking as it normally does and then BAM! w/o warning the icons are now lined up.For instance, my media panel looks like this

This set up is annoying when I go to something like my Home screen panel that has a lot of icons...
I tried to delete the instant message folder from the bb. the folder disappeared but the icons leading me to yahoo messenger and google talk are now locked onto my home screen. you can only opn them. no option for delete or move. i just want them to disappear so i can out my most used icons up there.

9550 arrives today. I found 2 pics that I need that were somehow saved to the device memory. Before I take my 9630 out of service . . . How can I move those two pics back to the card?
If I click on show all pics I see them but I can't get them to the card no matter what I try. Move says "up" and that's it. I see memory card but can't reach it.
All my applications from my Media folder have been moved onto my home screen after downloading a theme. I didn't like the theme so i deleted it, and now all of my Media applications are on my home screen and i am unable to move them or do anything with them, i've tried re-booting. I really want them back in that Media folder

The majority of the screen is taken up by the green stuff which serves absolutely no purpose and to get to the screen with all the icons I need to click on the BB button. Obviously, this is subjective and maybe people like this green stuff, but can someone tell me if there is a way to bypass this and have the screen with all the icons be my default? Perhaps someone wrote a theme or something like that?

Originally the font was the same as all other apps including other text display in the phone mode.
I put my facebook application in to its application folder and move it back out to the main screen.

It is slightly smaller than the yellow envelope, seems to be a grey envelope, with a black 'seal' and a tiny red circle on the top right corner which may have the number '1' in it - all very difficult to see.I've checked all my emails - all empty.No RIM messages either.No BlackBerry World updates.Removed battery & rebooted.
