I used to have my Microsoft Outlook Web Access email on my Blackberry. Now that i upgraded to the 9900 i cant figure out how to get it. I was following KB03133, however i never get the link "I will provide the settings" . Telus wont allow me to use the web login, so i cant access it that way.

They are not incorrect, I have double checked all the details. It is a POP/IMAP account. I have all the required details, incoming server, username, passwords etc.It also claims the server is down when I try to enter the details, this is also unture. View 2 Replies View RelatedI have had my work emails on my Blackberry for the last few months. Yesterday it asked me validate my account. I re-entered my password, but it said it couldn't connect, password/details were incorrect.
I have deleted the account, and tried to add it back in - but still comes with the same error. I can access Outlook Web Access on my laptop, so the connection details are definitely correct, but it wont let me link to my phone any more?
Not sure if this is linked to the problems this week, and therefore may work once everything is back to normal, or if there is another error?
Is it normal for email not to go to BB ever when outlook open on pop3?
Also my wireless sync is turned on but does not seem to work....

Long story short, device worked perfectly in Portugal over the last few months. After a business trip to Colombia, where I had to temporarily switch SIM cards, device lost ability to connect to BIS via wifi (with my original, portuguese, SIM back on). After a bit of research online, I followed a suggestion to wipe the phone completely and restore from backup, as it would somehow force my device/SIM to register back with Blackberry services. While still in Colombia, this worked.
Back in Portugal, however, using my 3G connection, Blackberry Internet Service does not connect, so I had no access to email or BBM. It connected using Wi-Fi, though. An attempt to backup, wipe and restore resulted in something curious. Now, not even via Wi-Fi can I establish a connection to BIS.
I tried to follow suggestions to re-register the host routing table (did so, device displayed "Registration message sent!", nothing else) and deleting and adding service books (I wasn't able to do so as now, whenever I try to access my email setup, it only allows me to configure enterprise email accounts and not any other type).
When I did the initial set up on my Blackberry Bold 9700 (using 6 OS), I only set up my Yahoo email account, thinking I would get to the others later. However, when I try to add an email account now, by clicking "Setup" and then "Email Account" and then "Internet Mail Account", I am kicked back to the "Setup" folder. I never get to the "Email Setup" screen where you select your provider.

My bb bold was sent off for repaid and I picked it up yesterday and tried to load the 3 email accounts which were present on it before it went in for repaid. I have managed to load my hotmail account however when I try to load the other two email accounts it says that I need t verifiy the details. I have the blackberry desktop manager v 7.1 and I haven't made it passed the "configure" button not being usable. What I'm going for here is sharing my outlook calendar with everyone that needs it on their phones, then syncing this specific calendar to be viewable via their blackberry- so that when I make changes or add jobs they are able to see them. Within both of these accounts are sub-folders in the inbox however I cannot access them on my phone as I could when using the iphone?? I sync my BB with Outlook via Google Calendar so the process goes Blackberry to Google Calendars to Outlook via a cable on my PC.
The problem I have is:
Create a calendar item in Outlook -> shows up fine in OWA and on the BB.
Create a calendar item on BB -> shows up in Outlook but not in OWA.
Anyone else come across this? Surely OWA reads the same info as the Outlook client? Why isnt it seeing the calendar item created on the BB?

View 7 Replies View RelatedI woke up this morning (24th December), and my phone had set the date and time to the 29th November, and the time is 6 hours behind (its now 3pm and it is apparently 8:43 on my phone.) Moreover, I can't read my text messages, I can't see text messages that I send, and my blackberry services have stopped working (i.e.. I cannot send emails or access BBM.) I have restarted/rebooted the phone almost a million times, but every time it comes back on the time keeps being set back to 7:49 every single time. I have no idea what to do!
