Jun 6, 2012Error message code 0x80040fb3. keeps appearing.Have shut off anti-virus, same error.Have tried just synching from Outlook to device, same error.

Sep 6, 2012I have a BB Bold 9900, i need to sync the contacts from the device to outlook 2010. I have disabled wireless sync for the contacts from the device. Once i start the sync, i get the message saying "Check permission on exchange and try again". what i need to do on outlook to get this done.

Jan 24, 2012I want to set up my work email (Microsoft Outlook) on my Blackberry. Every time I try to enter the details it tells me the details are incorrect and I need to check them. They are not incorrect, I have double checked all the details. It is a POP/IMAP account. I have all the required details, incoming server, username, passwords etc.It also claims the server is down when I try to enter the details, this is also unture. Please could someone tell me how to sort this, I need work emails on my phone and as we are a small company have no IT department so to speak.

Oct 4, 2012I am trying to sync work calendars with multiple Blackberry bold 9900's. I have the blackberry desktop manager v 7.1 and I haven't made it passed the "configure" button not being usable. What I'm going for here is sharing my outlook calendar with everyone that needs it on their phones, then syncing this specific calendar to be viewable via their blackberry- so that when I make changes or add jobs they are able to see them. I connected the blackberry to the desktop... I clicked organizer... I went to click configure..... It's a ghost button. How do I make this button interactive again??

Jul 20, 2010When will Blackberry Desktop Manager be able to sync with MS Outlook 2010? I spent Ģ100 on the latter yesterday after discovering that Windows Calendar can not be synchronised with my new Bold 9700: the sync process ends with a Microsoft Outlook Connector Error message: "No available message stores". Burrowing into Blackberry's on-line support, it seems the most likely cause is BDM - 5.0.1 - trying to connect to an unsupported version of Outlook. (Article ID KB15564).
The result is no contacts or diary on my expensive new smartphone, which is disappointing beyond belief, since Outlook 2007 etc. seems no longer available.

Mar 10, 2010I'm using Outlook 2003 to sync with my BB Bold 9000 (OS v4.6.0.303). No matter what I do, when I sync the first round of results will show that most of my Outlook entries will be deleted. When I then choose Resync it does the sync correctly. I have deleted my BB calander and resynced by xferring all Outlook items to the device - sync again and the same problem occurs. All I want to do is a simple sync of all items both ways but somehow I cannot get it right. Any advise? Thx a lot
