I had my email on my blackberry bold 9900 and 2 days ago my battery died on me so when i got home and plugged it in blackberry desktop came up saying i had an update so i updated it,and then everything on my phone was gone.. So i restored it back to its old self and now for some reason i dont have email account managment now and im not getting any emails on my phone.

I already had problems with the blackberry charging pod, but that seemed to be a mechanical problem with the pod. It is poorly designed and the contacts are simply not properly connected.Now I have a charging problem with my new BMW snap-in adapter. The Blackberry is not charged. The contacts of the adapter fit well (contacts of the device are connected to the contacts of the adapter) and they are clean, the adapter delivers the correct 5 volts, but nothing happens.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a 9900 Bold and I unable to get BB Desktop Software to work. Have tried uninstalling old version I had for my 9300 - but this is not happening either. A note comes up stating that my Mac, running 10.5.8 needs, to be ungraded yet I was able to make it all work the first time I synced the phone last weekend but not since I also have no service books - my provider has not sent them 4 times but none arriving. Means I can receive emails but with no send button, can not reply.

View 2 Replies View RelatedSpanish Vodafone changed my BB 3 times, 2 9800 and now I have the 9900 but the follwing problem is not solved:When outside of Spain, BBM and emails should work with a WiFi connection, with data roaming disabled. It does not work on the above mentioned BB`s. Wifi itself works fine abroad and there are no problems in Spain. If I change the sim card into my Storm 2, all works fine abroad.

Our mobile signal is extremely limited since we're out in the country so wifi is essential here.On my 9700, wifi worked perfectly with all applications but that doesn't appear to be the case with the bold 9900. Several apps are extremely slow or don't work at all. I think the reason for this is the 9900 isn't using wifi for some apps. I believe some apps are using wifi such as the browser and facebook but app world, google maps, scoremobile, whatsapp and tunein radio to name a few don't appear to be using wifi at all.

Then at the moment I plug my charger cable into my phone (at battery level 15) it reboots and after the reboot the touchscreen no longer works. Then I upgraded Whatsapp and rebooted my phone again to see if it is fixed, but it still isn't the touchscreen simply doesn't work... It doesn't respond when I press on screen icon or scroll or whatever I do.

I am a vodafone greece consumer with a full 12 monts programme for my bb.when i got the bb the bbm and email didnt work. i was only able to make my profile for bbm and for the mail it doesnt have the option for a personal email account only the enterprise.I went to the vodafone store and i asked about the bbm internet service. They opened that for me and i have BIS too. i thought that would solve my problems but nothing. Still nothing works. I register the GPRS bla bla bla many times. I receive a msg that tells me that im registered to tte wifi network but nothing again. Ofcourse i made the batt trick many times.

They are not incorrect, I have double checked all the details. It is a POP/IMAP account. I have all the required details, incoming server, username, passwords etc.It also claims the server is down when I try to enter the details, this is also unture. When I try to set up my email on the device it says to contact the server but in the server the confirgurations are ok.On the same note my staff uses a blackberry Germini 8520i. He can run the same domain email on it.I was comparing this and found out that in his phone you can configure ports.I am really in need of a professional assistance.My Network Service provider Digicel technicial team cannot even get this confirgured as they say the server some how is blocking the email to confirgure.
