I have a bb bold 9700 from t-mobile and when I click my "manage internet email" icon it goes straight to connecting to email settings and then I get a message saying "the application has encountered an error and cannot continue. I tried updating my system but i continue to get the same message and can't update or delete my personal(s) email.

1. Can I download my contacts to a PC via Bluetooth or USB to manage them - update, alter, delete etc and be in sync with the Berry as I do it?
2. Can I replace all sim contacts with the then updated contacts list held on the phone?
3. How tough is the screen? After using phones with a hard surface for so long I was surprised to find a sqishy (technical term that) type screen. Are the screen protector companies and RIM one and the same?
A bussiness phone with a delicate screen, surely not, you wouldn't buy a car and drive around with a cover on it in case it got dirty and the paint washed off.
My corporate administrator set up a second e-mail for me to access my personal mail from verizon.net. I have 2 mailbox icons. All of the messages received at my verizon.net account are also being sent to my corporate account.Does anyone know how I can change it so the mail only goes to the e-mail account addressed to?

Talked to our IT group and they don't get why i wouldn't get wireless because we have "booster's" through out the facility.I went from a bb 8703e (which i had no issues with for 3yrs) to a bold 9700 _ love the phone but not if i can't retrieve emails, internet..etc.

View 2 Replies View Related9000 Bold with ATT version V4.6.0.304 Platform 4.0.0.247...I get numerous emails to my laptop to; network@etp.us.blackberry.net..The emails say, "This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry Redirector and BackBerry Handheld. Pleae do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the BlackBerry Redirector."
Redirector shows that it is trying to "verify forwarding address" and has 30 some outstanding emails that it is trying to redirect.Biggest problem is that my Outlook cannot send and emails, and there are three outgoing emails that I cannot find that are clogging up the sending. I think that these RIM emails my be the culprit. I had this problem a month ago and it mysteriously cleared up after 7 days.
This is my first post. I write to you after several weeks of frustration with my phone as well as a million calls with Rogers customer support.
My problem :
1)I cannot browse the internet using the internet browser both on wifi or Roger's data network
2)Facebook app cannot establish a connection to the server
3)When I use the Browser app it will work for like 10 minutes but then all of sudden the internet just stops working.
I believe all of the three observations listed above have the same root cause. What is odd is that BBM works, my email works, BB app world works, I can even browse with the web2go browser - just not the three items I have described above.I really don't want to restore my phone because i have paid apps and i don't want to pay for my apps again.
My failed troubleshooting attempts so far :
1) Removed battery and sim card + reboot. Done it 1,000,000 times - no success
2) Resend service books - no success
I am at ends with the situation.
I cannot connect to the internet, when I click on the brower it doesn't do anything. When I go into my Blackberry App world it seems liked it is locked as all it says is "signing up" and it will not allow me to close the browser for that

On BBM, whenever I try to send a message, the little red clock just appears, and I'm not seeing anybody's recent updates. My emails aren't coming through & none of the internet based apps are working. I've tried the hard reboot and reinstalling all the apps but nothing has worked.I've also done the Host Routing Table registration stuff but have not recieved any message. When I click on the service staus option, under the Blackberry Enterprise Service option, it says 'not connected'.

Tried trouble shooting the camera and was able to get it to work momentarily by putting my finger in front of the flash but that only allowed me to take black photos so i think the lense is shot.
