BB Bold :: 9900 Won't Allow To Click Internet Email Account

I have recently changed my email address and need to update this on my Bold 9900. I go in to Setup > Email Accounts and tap/click on Internet Mail Account, however it does nothing. I have previously used this feature to add/amend email details. It allows me to click on Enterprise Account, but when I click on Internet Mail Account nothing happens. Have rebooted device a couple of times and get the same problem.

I can't add any email accounts to my 9900. I have followed all the general instructions i.e. settings, then email accounts...When I do this a screen appears thats says no accounts added and underneath an option to add Enterprise account? Which I don't have, this seems to be the only account that can be added.

When I try to verify my password the setup email account shows the internet and enterprise accounts as it should. When I press the internet mail management icon, it just throws me back to the setup screen. It is in a loop.

I receive my Gmail emails on my Bold 9900. Problem is, if I've read the new emails on my computer first, they still show up as unread emails on my Bold.Is there a setting I can use that will make it so that if I've read emails on another device, the emails will no longer show up in the notification bar? As it is right now, all new messages show up in the notification bar, despite having read the emails already on my computer.Also, there is 1 Facebook notification that won't go away. There's nothing in the notification center, and I've opened and refreshed Facebook, but that 1 notification is still there.

I am trying to modify the settings of an email account I have set up. Using Setup/email accounts it requests an ID Username and password. I have typed in I believe valid user ID and password and get the message "unable to log in to your Blackberry ID account". This is a different message to that if I type the worong password as that says "the user name and password do not correspnd to a valid balckberry ID". I've tried resetting the password and I can log into the web site using my ID and passord, but not my phone.

I recently switched from bold 9700 to torch 9860. I setup my msn and gmail account on my Blackberry and it worked fine until I activated enterprise email account. Both msn and gmail 's icon dispeared and i don't get emails pushed to my blackberry any more. I already erased both msn and gmail accounts on BB and re-setup, doesn't make a difference. the msn worked fine on my 9700 until i switch.

Had Horrendous Pop3 problems with BTInternet so set up Forwarding of emails to other addresses hosted by Just Host.All seemed well until I tried to email my wife (BT FWD'd address) from my Blackberry 9900 - it kept bouncing. If I email the address the Forwarding is going to at Just Host or email from my laptop no problems. Just Host looked at the failure message and suggested contacting Blackberry and BT. But HTF do I contact support at Blackberry?This is the most recent failure message with some deletions.

I have activated three email account on my Blackberry 9900 (two outlook accounts and one yahoo account).I have activated one of the Outlook Email account via enterprise activation BES service on my Blackberry 9900.Another Outlook account have been synchronized from my Blackberry desktop manager.Yahoo account is configured with BIS service activation.When I go the Email Account management only the Accounts activated via BES and BIS service from device are visible but not the account synced from desktop.

In august I bought the new Bold 9900, and suddenly my internet usage went up from 80Mb in a month to 80Mb in a week. I don't use my phone in a different way (no new apps,..) and I still use internet as I did before.

what I should do with this? My provider has a 200Mb limit..

there is a 3G internet connection on my SIM card. I used to access the internet on another apparatus. After starting to use the blackberry, I cannot access internet on my blackberry. I have configured the correct access point of my ISP, but still I get a reply of "Browsing over the mobile internet is not included as part of your current service plan. To browse the web, you must use Wi-Fi or contact your service provider to change your service plan".When I remove the SIM card fro the black berry and use it in another device, I can access internet.

I have many problems by every next day I have new BB Bold9900. While I can browse Internet through wifi (which is interesting cause it loves to freeze), I cannot use BB app world, cause it says my device is not connected to the wireless network. The same thing with FB application. I simply cannot connect to Internet although I already am connected, and my phone even shows full signal, network name, etc. Is there any solution which will make it possible to comfortably use BB????

I just got a Blackberry Bold 9900 yesterday. During the process of trying to set up my outlook email on my phone I accidentally selected setup "Enterprise Email Account" instead of "set up another email account". Now when I go into the setup options and select email accounts it takes me back to the Enterprise setup automatically. I can't find a way to exit that setup and begin the "set up another email" procedure I have tried turning the phone off/on, removing the battery but still automatically takes me to the Enterprise email account setup/login.

I recieved a Blackberry message stating I needed to enter my email password on the account which I have been using. I have followed the instruction by entering setup and clicking Email Accounts. On that screen it allows to me two options Internet Mail Account & Enterprise Account. However when I try and click the Internet Mail account nothing happens, it does not let me use this option. I have tried the Enterprise Account and it says "Status: initialzing service" but nothing is happening. (been like this for 30mins)
