The thing is that it flashes with red light only (not counting Wifi green light or Bluetooth connection - blue) when I receive a message. But when I miss any call, there is no flash light reminding me that! Friend of mine has older 9800 and he is getting blue flash light when having missed call. Also the red light reminding me missed incoming message goes off after a while. I would need that to flash until I read the message.

View 3 Replies View Relatedmy 9810 keeps rebooting and i can't get it to connect to the desktop software. it gets a point and i get a white screen and it reboots again.operating system is OS7.0..IT starting rebooting when it was on the charger i was adding some contacts to my sim card and it screen froze. After that i couldn't get it to work again... i don't have many apps addes. most of my stuff i keep on my memory card..

I agreed and set up a pattern screen lock. I got tired of unlocking phone every time. I went to disable the screen lock and I am NOT ABLE to do that. The security settings for NONE and SWIPE have been grayed out and are no longer an option. I have removed ANDROID PAY and still have issue.

View 1 Replies View Relatedopying contacts from a Bold 9810 to another 9810.Using the BB Desktop Software I did a full backup of the device (which contained 400+ contacts), then did a full restore on a new 9810, but only 200 contacts were copied over.Next I tried to do a selective restore, but although the 400+ contacts were in the file, it was grayed out and could not be selected. How can I get all the contacts into the new 9810. (Side note: I was able to restore the 400+ contacts to a BB Bold).

However, when attempting to access the email accounts set up my phone will not let me into the option. Everything else works fine except this. I need my emails for work but, as I can't change the gmail password on my phone or add/delete any form of email account it's a little frustrating, especially as I got this phone due to it being praised for how good emails are on Blackberry. Are they working on a fix for this? I can't even access the Blackberry Internet service even though I have registered my phone.

The error "unable to connect to the internet please try again later" appears. The phone has a clear signal of the wifi, i've tried various other hotspots, my other phones work perfectly. The blackberry says it's connected to the wifi, but no internet browsing is possible. What else can I do other than rip the battery out to re-boot?
