BB Torch :: Unable To Unlock 9810?

I have a BlackBerry Torch 9810 from AT&T. The phone keeps on asking me the PUK code. Please help me to find the PUK code for my 9810 torch. I can't acces anything, not even the menu for my BlackBerry 9810!I am totally fed up with AT&T as they are robbing me of my money. I need to network unlock my phone from AT&T contract. I need the unlock code as well as the PUK code. If i dont get the unlockcodes I will have to throw away my BlackBerry 9810 Torch for nothing!

I just bought a torch 9810 today, and after about 5 hours of usage, when I lock and then unlock the screen, a grey horizontal line appears for a maximum of a minute then starts to disappear. I tried removing the battery, resetting, and upgrading the OS. Nothing seems to work.

i unlocked my BlackBerry Torch at ProMobileMotion.com which was recommended somewhere on these forums , i used to have an issue with my Unlocked Torch before going there, i wasn't able to recieve or send MMS or use the browser, after getting the unlock from that site, everything works including facebook FINALLY! My question is, when i go over seas, which i tend to do at least once a year, and i put a new sim card in, will i need to reconfigure my settings again? or will the browser and mms automatically work with no issue?

Unable to log on to my BB ID after buying the new 9810. Though can log on from computer but every time want to log on from handset , just can not and hence no download is being possible.

When I go to App World to install app, when Verify Blackberry ID, it give me 'Unable to login to your Blackberry ID Account'. I had tried to reset my password and it was successful. I can login to my Blackberry ID on my PC browser.

opying contacts from a Bold 9810 to another 9810.Using the BB Desktop Software I did a full backup of the device (which contained 400+ contacts), then did a full restore on a new 9810, but only 200 contacts were copied over.Next I tried to do a selective restore, but although the 400+ contacts were in the file, it was grayed out and could not be selected. How can I get all the contacts into the new 9810. (Side note: I was able to restore the 400+ contacts to a BB Bold).

I've got a new Torch 9810 on AT&T. AppWorld and other programs on the phone ask for Blackberry ID Username and Password. I've entered the requested information several times but I keep getting the response "Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account" I'm at a loss as to how to remedy this. I'm on attempt 6 of 10.

i recently saw on the website my phone can upload os 7.1 so i downloaded it to my pc but when i connect to desktop software and check it says no uploads available. I then tried doing it from the handset via options and again says phone software up to date. I am using os 6 but cant work out why it wont let me update to 7.1

i bought a 9810 and this is what happens: i connect it to the charger, then the red led turns on, eventually it goes off and a little sand watch appears for like 5 seconds, disappears, and the process starts all over again.

I just got a new Blackberry Torch 9810 and it won't let me add contacts. I scan someone's barcode and it says pending on my end but they never receive the request, we tried it the opposite way and it says pending on their phone but I don't receive the request.

I keep getting an "Error 102 Reload Software for furhter information [URL]" message. There is a Reset button below that and when I press it, it just tries to restart my blackberry. It will load to a certain point and then come back to this Error message. I went to the website it suggests and it tells me to go onto my Blackberry Desktop Manager and reload my software. I tried to do this, but my Desktop Manager and my smart phone will not connect and so I can't reload my software.

My BB Torch 9810 is less than 3 months old. Yesterday Morning, I observed that it went off. I thot the battery was down, so I decided to charge it. Then it began the booting and rebooting and has not stopped till now. My BB pin is (personal info removed) perhaps there is something remotely that can be done.

I was so excited to have a Blackberry device and my choice was the Torch 9810 mainly for 3 reasons.
1- The big screen.
2- The touch screen with the sliding keyboard.
3- Latest OS.
As I watched and read so many reviews about it and compared it to the Bold 9900 and the Torch 9860. The reviews for the Torch 9860 were somehow negative, and the sliding keyboard was a win over the Torch 9860. Bold seemed to be a good phone but the bigger screen was again what made me go for the Torch 9810.
For a new Blackberry user like me, I couldn't really figure out much differences between the three phones.
Unfortunately the Torch 9810 is not yet here in Egyptian market and I was about to buy a Bold 9900 till I noticed it would be locked to my carrier and then I changed my mind. I asked a family member to buy the Torch 9810 for me from the UAE and I finally got it one week ago.

i have blackberry torch 9810...my phone is not turning on , i dont known why battery is full only , i have changed battery from other tourch even i changed the battery not turing on? when i turn on torch 9810 the red led light is on for 3-4seconds , then its red led switch off , after that cursor running middle of the screen
again and again come like this , but its not turn on? i have backup my blackberry before itself..how to restore the OS or hard rest.

Phantom calls. Rings once or twice, screen doesn't light up, no call on call log. No alerts set up. Tech support says to get an new telaphone number. I've had it for 12 years. That isn't going to happen.

My phone keeps freezing up with the system is busy symbol. Its been happening every other time I try to scroll or hit a key. I wait and/or take the battery out tounfreeze it. This makes my phone practically useless.

I've been having trouble charging my 9810. When I plug my phone in the charging bolt doesn't show up on the battery, instead I get the usb symbol on the battery. I have to keep unplugging and then plugging my phone and after several tries the bolt shows up and it begins charging my phone.

My brand New Tourch 9810 keeps on freezing up - I have to take the battery out in order to get it working again - I can not get onto Facebook, my BBM's doesnt go through, Sms' doesnt go through and when I tried to make a call it says - Call failed. I can not receive calls either - it goes straight to voicemail.
I can not send pics via BBM either - although it show send on my side - the receiver never gets them.
I really like Blackberry but are so frustrated that I want to get another make of phone!

I've got a new 9810, uploaded V 7.1.0.267 the GPS is not working.Location On Location Aiding Enabled
It will update however shows Number of Satellites:0 Maps location is intermittent BlackBerry Traffic shows aGPS
Went to Device/Device and Status/typed "test" Performed GPS test,result: timed out
Does this mean it's a hardware issue?BB is on an enterprise server on Telus network
