Blackberry desktop software informed me about new updates. I said OK.I'm now running with release 6.0 bundle 2554 but but :
- I loose all my configurations (entreprise mail box, Wifi registrered, all my applications, so everything....
- I can't change the language : it alwas stays in Englisk (without any other choice in the personalization menu?How ti proceed ?
I recieved my Torch a few days ago and set up my gmail account on the handset which has been working perfectly. I've had to change my password for gmail on my account. However, when attempting to access the email accounts set up my phone will not let me into the option. Everything else works fine except this. I need my emails for work but, as I can't change the gmail password on my phone or add/delete any form of email account it's a little frustrating, especially as I got this phone due to it being praised for how good emails are on Blackberry. Are they working on a fix for this? I can't even access the Blackberry Internet service even though I have registered my phone.

When in a screen, it will start scrolling on its own, up and down. When typing, it will randomly change languages or in mid-text it will automatically position itself at the beginning of the text.

Example, now I set my phone language as English then my map shown in English else set phone language to Thai then map will show in Thai.
Is it possible to used phone language in English but map label shown in Thai? because phone language in Thai has many incorrect translations.
I got the ICS update on my XMP. But there is one problem which I am facing. In the Settings, if I tap on "Language & input" settings, the phone hangs and nothing appears. And then when I slide out the physical QWERTY keypad, the "Language & input" settings appear in the landscape mode and then again when I slide in the keypad, the screen goes blank and none of the keys on the phone work.

Problem happened IN SIRI, now can't change settings to even access the Siri option. SETTINGS WON'T LET ME ACCESS OPTIONS 'below level of Wallpaper'. Swipe won'r allow to go to any other screen in settings.This happened in SIRI and I can't even disable 'turn-off' Siri Unable to close applications on bottom of screen as well, as usually done.The 'voice mode' is on, and that is what jammed everything up.The only applications which show 'open on screen are' Messages,Phone, Settings and Safari, Mail, Music, and I am prevented from 'closing them'. I did a turn-off, began again with the apple logo but can't reset.Can't get past the first screen in my apps. I BELIEVE it is a SIRI problem but can't change settings other than 'Airplane Mode through Wallpaper.' how can I get 'out of it' without going to the Apple Store. Tiny store ,International Record as "Smallest Apple Store in the World", Santa Rosa, California..and they aren't much interested in giving-up that claim to fame!

I got the upgrade to 2.3.3 on Saturday morning.I am having one issue.I use the email imap client that is built into the operating system to access my work email.I have known a lot of users to have issues with that client, but so far I haven't had any problems.It is still working in 2.3.3 but now the account is not listed in the accounts page.I tried to add it again, but it says the account is already there.I also went into the email app and cleared the data.It did deleted all of the mail but still would not let me recreate the account.When I started the email app again, it downloaded all of my old messages.At this point I am unable to change any of the settings for the account.

The problem is that I need to change MVNO type and MVNO value, but they're both grayed out, so I'm unable to tap on them to change them. MVNO type is grayed out and set to GID and MVNO value is grayed out and set to deff. I need to change them both to 'not set'.
I called Motorola, they were useless- kept telling me to make sure cellular data was enabled. I looked at my old phone (a Nexus 5) and MVNO type isn't grayed out on it.

Everything backed up, however, the phone went back to default everything, selecting any tab or icon on the set up page will lock the phone when you try to back out or close, and emails cannot be configured - the emails reloaded but I cannot send, receive, or change any email settings - I get error message"unable to open email setup application. contact your wireless service provider." The MAIN issue now is my wireless service provider is not aware of this problem and they keep trying to send me updates via email not accepting that I cannot get my emails from my phone anymore. and are baffled that removing the battery and restarting isn't working?

Also I cannot view my network and connections to see whether my data service is turned on. I am currently not receiving data on my device. This is alarming as I spent a small fortune to acquire this device today. Again I discovered to my horror the earpiece jack does not hold in the port of my device and unable to listen to music via handsfree. The options icon on the home screen does not open at all when I touch it.Instead it freezes. Same with the network and connections options under network connections.

When i go to "Setup", "Email Accounts", then click on "Internet Mail Account", it simply circulates back to "Email Accounts". It keeps doing this repeatedly. I have done a soft and hard reset (by removing battery) and have updated software but nothing seems to help.

- press the green phone key, the phone dial pad appears;
- press the blackberry "menu" key, scroll down menu and select "view", then "speed dial list";
- highlight the "A" Lock Keypad, then press the "select" ball : result screen goes dark and have to hit unlock button; or alternatively, execute same steps, except press the "enter/return" on keyboard: result screen is locked.After reading the instructions; they mentioned pressing the "enter" symbol at the far right,I don't have an enter button as noted, what am I missing?
