Service provider say I have access to internet - I was receiving mails and BBM for a while but have now lost that as well!When connected to desktop software, it says the Browser needs to be installed,....but how to do it?I have looked under options - advanced options - HRT which list a lot of GPRS numbers, and SErvice book has ticks by various things such as Facebook (browser Config) etc?

The odd thing is if i use the Media Net (AT&T browser)....i can connect to the internet. Is there a way to "re-install" the black berry browser? Also my Facebook app give me a "can not connect error" as well

I can connect and can browse internet but after a week can still connect to wifi but the problem is a can't connect to the internet I can't open even google and it says "Browser unable to connect to website". And it also happening at home sometimes i can connect to wifi and can brows to internet but most of the time I cant browse to internet and at my work until now I cant open internet via wifi even the connection is 100%. This happens whether connected through the T-Mobile network or Wi-fi.When I change the browser settings to the T-Mobile browser I am able to access web site just fine. I have an active data plan and am connected to an enterprise server. My outlook and webmail e-mails work so I don't think it's a problem with my carrier. I've tried a battery pull, re-sending my service books, etc without luck.I think the problem may have started after connecting to my desktop for the first time in about a year, but I'm not completely certain. T-Mobile support and IT administrator have been no help.

The error "unable to connect to the internet please try again later" appears. The phone has a clear signal of the wifi, i've tried various other hotspots, my other phones work perfectly. The blackberry says it's connected to the wifi, but no internet browsing is possible. What else can I do other than rip the battery out to re-boot?

I am unable to connect to Rim's push network, Att 3g bar shows five bars and I can make calls and send texts but recieving email or using bbm cant be done. weird thing, when i log on to a wifi connection RIms icon comes back and i start recieving email and bbm works. I have no applications open and keep getting this message meaning I can't get to use my camera ..Help!!
1. Doesnt Turn On (I Get red light for approx 1 min with charged plugged in ONLY / then changes to charging sign on screen.
2. If chargers unplugged nothing happens no lights nothing (tried all battery pull far from this now)
3. Install all the software needed to do a full re-install BBSAK + JL_Cmder + Loader "to no avail"
4. When using the above said software i get an error on the COMPUTER saying "Cannot connect to JVM" Click either retry or cancel. the phone then seems to be going into a LOOP again, the windows device notification sounds every so many seconds.
Phone also never changes from a black screen with battery sign with lighting strike through it!Prior to the above the phone was fine, what this could be as it seems that most other threads and posts about JVM Errors seem to have a specific code and this one doesn't.
I have been having troubles with my Torch's browser ever since I got the phone several months ago. When I try to loads pages it will maybe load 1 or 2 pages, then just time out and bring up the message - "unable to connect to internet please try again later,if the problem persists please contact your service provider."I have full coverage at the time when I am trying to load the pages. It happens on most pages I try loading, sometimes they load, sometimes they dont. I used to have to empty the cache memory, and then turn the phone on and off again to get it working again, but now even that doesnt work. Theres no software upgrades available according to my Blackberry Desktop Software.
View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I set up my Torch 9800 to connect to Wi-Fi, the home screen reports the SSID of the access point, but when I attempt to use the browser, it reports "Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later." The "Device and Status Info" screen reports the WLAN IP Address as 0.0.0.0. My wireless access point reports that the BB device is "on", and is assigned an IP address (192.168.2.17).
At one point my initial screen reported that three updates were available. However, each time that I clicked on a line offering an update, an error message reported that "The data service is not operational", and the message about the update went away.
Snooping with Wireshark show that, when the BB is turned on, an ISAKMP tunnel is established between the BB device (at address 192.168.2.17) and segw.uma.rogers.com (at 74.198.30.49), so there is absolutely nothing wrong with the physical wireless connection. (My cellular supplier is Rogers.)
My BB was received (brand new) in early April 2012, and I updated the device from 6.0 bundle 695 to 6.0 bundle 2921 on 2012-04-12, after installing the Desktop Software on my PC. (The Desktop Software offered the update, so I just did it; I was not even aware of this community until later.)
I am new to BB & its services & i have BB Torch 9800 model purchsed just recently from authorized BB stores in India. I have downloded BB World app plug in from internet & have also loded Desk top Software. Now when i am connecting to World App in 2nd phase of connection i am getting constant message that "therehas been some error while communication with BB App world. Restart the device & try Again"

Usually, once i dont have a load balance, the service will automatically deactivated but once i recharge, the 1.50 aed will automatically deducted and my subscription will be activated. But last wednesday night, it was deactivated since i dont have load balance. That same day, i recharge and was expecting that it will be activated again...But i didnt received any notification that it was activated Until now its not activated. They just keep on telling me to wait and just gave me an exact time and it will be activated again..but nothing happens.
