When using a foreign sim card overseas I can use the internet browser and social sites but I cannot receive my e mails and when I go to my e mail addresses on set up it keeps saying unable to connect to server.

Ok so now I have been trolled with this router and BB device for more than 3 weeks. With very slow browsing that mostly fails by saying "Unable to find the requested server" I have a Dlink router model 2730u. I tried restarting the router, resetting it, scanning for the wifi connection, restarting my BB device, Removing the battery for minutes are restarting again. ALL failed. I am seriously disappointed at this device

When I try to download them in the xperia lounge app it says 'connection error. Unable to connect to download server. Please check your Internet connection', despite me having both a WiFi and 4g signal. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest update to the lounge app, and have tried reseting the phone and clearing the cache, but no luck.

However, upon trying to re-install Nokia Messaging Email software, I can't get past the setup process, as I get an error message saying "Unable to connect to server. Try again later.", right after I choose the email service I wish to use. Shouldn't I be asked for my Nokia Email account login at this point, and not which Email service I would like to use? He ended up with some weird setting that made the wifi disconnect from the devices if they were dormant for more than 5 minutes. My phone went off line. I guess the setting was changed back because our other laptops connect and his iPhone connects but my unrooted HTC One on AT&T keeps giving that DNS error when I attempt to connect through Chrome or the stock browser. Nothing works...It says I am connected. It says I have an excellent signal but nothing will connect.

Mail said it was a server error on the outgoing server, but it appears too coincidental with being overseas. Also a couple of apps I tried didn't work (Viber, and as I might have expected, Catchup TV as it's for UK viewers).
Any tips for using the phone overseas? I switched data roaming and Mobile Data off as I didn't need them in the hotel room (and for the cost of course) and switched these both back on when I arrived in the UK. But it seems odd that I could not send Mail in a Wifi environment.

I've been connected to my work email account through Microsoft Exchange for the past year with no problems. I was trying to send out an email today, and my iPhone could not connect to the server. I tried to re-connect multiple times, ultimately deleting the email account from my phone and attempting to re-install it. When I put in all the info into their respective fields and hit "next," all I get is a message that says "Exchange account verification failed." When I go through and save it anyway and try and update emails, it says that it cannot connect to the server. My IT dept. says no changes were made, and I've already tried a restore and restored from a backup, as well.I have no contacts, emails, or calendar on my phone!

The error "unable to connect to the internet please try again later" appears. The phone has a clear signal of the wifi, i've tried various other hotspots, my other phones work perfectly. The blackberry says it's connected to the wifi, but no internet browsing is possible. What else can I do other than rip the battery out to re-boot?
