Motorola Xoom :: Browser Still Has Weird Graphics Effects From Time To Time?
Jun 19, 2011Although the browser is significantly improved from 3.0, it still has the distinction of being the only app I've seen with bizarre graphics effects. They don't happen with the same frequency as before 3.1 but they are still pretty freakish.Just a few minutes ago, I wanted to post about the delay switching between apps, and I woke my tablet up, hit the home button (leaving the apps market) and flipped over to my bookmarks screen and tapped the one for Motorola Forum. I was presented with a screen which flickered extremely rapidly between a partially rendered apps market and the browser. This continued for maybe half a minute, until the apps market finally won out. The browser must have died, since it was not in the recent apps list when I then checked it. However, the usual dialog to force close or report was not given.
I launched the browser again, logged into this forum, and tapped start discussion, and I was given the form to do so, but when I tapped the subject textbox, it did not render the typical focus border and flashing caret, and even though the keyboard (I use swipeIt) would let me enter words, they were not being displayed in the textbox (although tapping the textbox again, positioned the caret as if there were characters in the box)

Jun 8, 2012I recently bought a SE Xperia Neo which was running 2.3.4 without any problems.I updated to 4.0.4 using SUS from my computer. After updating to 4.0.4 ICS I am experiencing the following issue.Quite frequently (once or twice a day or so) the screen stops waking up. That is if screen is in sleep mode and if I press the Power/Wake Up/Lock-Unlock button, the screen does not come up. Only lights below Back-Home-Menu button at the bottom comes up.In this condition, the phone is on, not like phone restarts or shuts down. If I call my number, phone starts ringing and vibrating but display doesn't come up.The only way I need to follow is to pull up battery, reinsert and restart the phone. This is really being headache.I have already done update once again using SUS (or reinstall) but the problem is there.This problem wasn't there when I was using 2.3.4 for about a week.Is anybody else experiencing the same problem

Jul 6, 2010When I installed my BB Desktop Manager and first plugged in my Bold 9700, it asked if I would like to update various features on my phone, to which I accepted. The update froze- I can't remember quite at which stage but I recall it was at the end stages and the stage at which it froze started with JVM. After waiting an hour or so, I disconnected my Blackberry, not knowing what to do. The screen remained black and the red light started blinking.I looked up fixes for the problem and they seemed simple- one used JL_Cmdr to do a full wipe- but I am using Windows 7 and it isn't compatible. I get a brief command prompt screen for a half second before it closes.
The second fix involved using the command prompt to get to the Loader in the AppLoader file- but I ran into another problem- when trying to open Loader.exe, I got a "The Application Loader requires the Blackberry Device Manager to be installed." Then looking up THAT fix, I downloaded a new OS and redownloaded the Desktop Manager, but am getting the same error.

Jul 12, 2015I get a random notification "skyline" after my phone was updated yesterday, It happens 4 or 5 times a day. Tried to identify by a notification logger but does not show anything, the phone just pings with no led flash... I heard its a yahoo app but I do not have yahoo account or on my phone.
Phone is UK model, unlocked on EE carrier from carphone warehouse. Android Central App (S6 White 64gb)

Sep 15, 2015My device is GS6, few days ago received OTA update. Updated phone like usual and all went fine. Few days later started noticing that device randomly restarting. Today it happened 4 or 5 times so far, mainly when I want to unlock screen, after swipe everything freezes and device restarts.
Also when I left phone on charge, come back to it, unplugged charger and phone is dead, won't start won't respond to anything. After pressing volume key power and home button, I managed to restart it.

Jun 15, 2010I Have Sony Ericsson w610i about 2 years and before one week. It started stucking and I had to put of the battery and making reboot to be unstucked. I tried to update it with SE update service but it stuck in the middle of the update and after that it doesn't opens. Only a red light blinks. I checked the battery but it is ok. So as I searhed I found out that the problem is the EROM or GDFS. I am trying to repair it with flashing programs, but nothing.How can i fix it?

Xperia Z3 :: Won't Turn On / Blinking Red Led
Dec 23, 2014I have my xperia z3 for about two weeks, not rooted, not unlocked, without any modifications. Yesterday before sleep it was with more than a half of akku, today as im woke up and got it in my hands it was off, im plugged charging cable, was thinking maybe the battery was drained, but nothing happens still, its just blinking red (led).
Was trying to hold power + volume up, nothing. Reset key near sim dont works for me either - i'm just notice 3x vibrations and thats it, its just repeat vibrate 3x times again and again but nothing happens, no boot.

Xperia Z3 :: Phone Doesn't Turn On - Red Blinking LED
Aug 12, 2015I've got a big problem with my Z3. It was working just fine today I had about 50% battery, though I wasn't going to use it anymore. I'd just put it to charge. I thought I might as well give it a reset now and again as well as clear application processing etc. So I turn off my phone and plugged it in.
I have noticed an odd red blinking LED which I've not seen before (whilst charging), so I thought I might as well turn my device on and see if there is anything wrong. It seems my device refuses to turn on.
I've then consulted the internet to find any way I could fix my device. The only way I was going to be able to do anything was via Sony Companion apparently. So I set it all up and let Sony download was was needed to hopefully repair the phone. Followed all the instruction until I came to this.
No matter how long I hold the volume down button and plug the phone in, it just doesn't want to work. There are no vibrations even when trying to force the device. I've also tried to reset the phone via the hardware button located next to the Sim tray and that didn't work either.
So now I've just left it to charge via wall socket the red LED in the top left corner is still blinking as I'm typing this. Seems I'm stuck with a dead phone at the moment.

Jun 17, 2014Whenever I use the camera app or view snaps on snapchat the bottom of my 4S screen flickers and jumps.
When on the camera the top of the camera app which normally has flash settings, HDR mode and switch camera stays on the top and moves to the bottom and the screen flickers but it only happens on the rear facing camera when I change to Front Facing Camera it goes fine and then on snapchat when I view stories and snaps it does the same thing and on the camera.
