When I plug my phone on the dock to charge it, the led is blinking and the phone is not charging.The charging indicator appears near the battery symbol then goes away, appears again, disappears again,..Is the dock faulty or is it my phone?Quite sure the phone is faulty cause same problem with another dock..

When I tried to connect to magnetic charging dock the Led and the charging symbol starts blinking continuously without getting charged, while it used to be perfect previously, and usb charging is perfectly fine , i even tried with multiple chargers.

My z2 doesn't charge anymore because after connecting every kind of charger (usb cable or docking station) the led light starts blinking and the notification of "charging battery" appears and disappears. What should I do?
My phone is still in warranty but in the official site it is registered as "missing warranty".
Connected everything to the Display Dock but it just keeps blinking red. My Lumia 950 doesn't recognize it either. Tried both DisplayPort and HDMI port. Couldn't find anything on this problem with Bing.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI was charging my new BlackBerry Curve 8530 just about now and I was checking if it was charging or not because it only had the blinker, blinking orange and nothing else. Because it's been charging for an hour or so.
I accidently turn the BlackBerry on so I quickly turn it off to let it continue charging. But when I turn it off, the orange blink wasn't blinking anymore so I unplug the charger and plug it back in quickly.
My question is: will this affect the battery length when I actually use the phone because I unplugged it that first charge?
Where can I find some genuine or good looking iPhone 3GS cradle charging dock? I need it for my work office. I went on eBay and I found a bunch of fake replica docks from China/HK. I feel I should avoid it because I don't fakies. If anyone know any stylish looking one or way better than the one from the pics, let me know. I am really interested in purchasing a genuine cradle dock.
View 4 Replies View Relatedso It seems my car dock isn't charging my phone. It was 90% when I left the house remained plugged in on the dock for an hour except for one phone call. I used Navigation for maybe 10 min and it was still at 90% when I got to work. I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem. still have to test to see if its the charging port in the car that i'm using or not. It might be but the only other one I have in the car I can't use and connect to the car dock because it's too far away
View 10 Replies View RelatedI often park my Droid X in it Motorola Car Dock when I am on a long drive (2 hours) and usually turn on maps, gps, and bluetooth. Battery indicator top right shows lighting bolt thru battery in upper right of home page every time I look and looking at the cigarette lighter end of the cord, I see the red light on. Starting the trip, I verify I am 100% charge but at the end of the trip, I am not fully charged. why am I dot fully charged if on car battery the full time? If I assume my cable is ok and it is really connected full time to the car source, is it possible the usage current can be more than the charge current thus resulting in a never fully charged phone at the end of the trip? Or is this simply an indicator of a bad or intermittent cable?

When I plug the Multimedia dock into the PC and dock my phone it does not.I moved from the Droid1 to the Droid4 and have a dock from my Droid1 that works as it should. The new Multimedia dock for my Droid 4 will not charge the phone while docked unless I plug it into the dedicated charging plug. Doing this, I lose the ability to transfer data back and forth via USB.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I dock my Atrix 4G (stock with 2.3.4 OTA update) with my new lapdock, I get the bouncing red logo on the lapdock and only two choices on the phone...Entertainment center and dismiss. I am able to play music, view pictures, etc on the lapdock screen if I select the Entertainment center option, but the keyboard on the lapdock does nothing. I have to use the controls on the phone to control it. And it appears that I can enable/disable the touchpad by double tapping the upper left corner.

More recently the Car Dock app will exit after starting. On that issue I've checked and it is not on the auto end list and will remain on when it connects to the car's bluetooth system.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI just upgraded to the Droid 3 a few days ago and I am so far pretty happy the only issue that I am having is that my car dock screen only pops up if the vehicle mount is connect to a charger and it is plugged into to the power. If I unplug it the regular home screen pops up. I am using a Motorola Droid 3 vehicle mount and a vehicle charger that came with my Droid to media package. It also happens with my daughter's Droid 3, so I don't know if the phones have an issue or the vehicle mount has an issue.

Next i thought it was the Charger, Bought a new one still nothing happened . Someone told me that the USB port was probably broken, And i can't get it fixed by tmobile cause the bold is a AT&T Phone . So a friend of mine told me to buy a charger dock on Amazon/Ebay , And the Phone will charge i just won't be able to put stuff on my phone through my Computer . View 4 Replies View RelatedAs of this morning, my phone no longer charges using the supplied Samsung charger. Additionally, when I UNPLUG the cable from my computer or the wall, I receive a notification saying "The dock is connected" which is obviously odd as I have actually just disconnected the cabling. Along with this message, the docking audible is heard when plugging in the charger on either the computer or the wall.
When I plug into my computer, the phone is no longer recognized as a USB device either which makes it difficult to back anything up at this point.
I do not have the lighting bolt or any blinking LED's while the charging cable is plugged in.
So far I have done the following to troubleshoot
- tried different cable on both the computer and wall
- power cycled the phone multiple times
- checked for system updates. I am up to date.
- cleaned / blown out the charging port
- cleared system cache
I have not yet done a factory reset for obvious (last resort) reasons.
My car dock charger stopped charging my RAZR but works on my wife's HTC but my older Moto vehicle charger still works. It also seems as if it takes a very long time to chage the battery even on my original RAZR home charger.

The dock charges them to 90% most of the time--even if they are in the charger for over 9 hours. I just discovered this problem this morning after removing an extended battery after 9 hours of charge, to find it only at 90%. I had the same issue the first day I bought the extended battery and had to complete the charge inside the phone. I also had been having trouble getting the standard batteries fully charged.
I'm going to exchange it at Verizon this morning, but I'm wondering if a new one will be any better.I use a Battery Indicator widget which shows the voltage--that helps me determine precisely how much charge is in each battery. The battery dock barely gets the batteries charged up to 4.1 volts, and sometimes less.they should be charged more than that, along with showing "100%" on the phone's status, of course.
I did a hard reset on my 1520 and reinstalled Build 10149 after there was a problem, which I solved by doing the reset, but now charging it takes a year and a half to complete (5 hours remaining on 50%) and the charging icon keeps blinking?

So, I've had my Tour for around 8 to 9 months now. its worked pretty well overall. I put it in a Seidio innocase right when I got it and got the matching dock so I can charge it in the case.About 2 weeks ago, it just wouldn't charge on the dock anymore. I can plug it in, and it charges fine.Noone else I know has a Tour so I can't see if theirs will charge on my dock. I can only say that the dock hasn't left my end table in months, hasn't been dropped, and likely isn't the issue.Has anyone else had this happen on the Tour?I'm less than 1 yr with the Tour, but I've NEVER bought the insurance through Verizon. Do, I have ANY recourse here?I believe the last time I investigated the coverage, I understood that there was nearly no reason to have insurance becasue the phone has a year warranty from the manuf, but I must go through Verizon to do anything.I wanna have my ducks in a row before going forward.I also bought the phone on my Amex bluecash which extends my warranties up to an additional year, so if I can find documentation that the phone has a year warranty with RIM, then in another couple months I can make a claim on my AMEX, of course they would only cover what I paid for it which I believe was 100, or maybe 150 as far my card charges show.Not sure which way to go with this.If there is something I can take apart and fix inside, I'm not against attempting that but I dunno what it could be.

I've updated to gingerbread if that help. The car dock hasn't rebooted the phone as much as the lapdock does but my lapdock is now useless.

Yesterday before sleep it was with more than a half of akku, today as im woke up and got it in my hands it was off, im plugged charging cable, was thinking maybe the battery was drained, but nothing happens still, its just blinking red (led).
Was trying to hold power + volume up, nothing. Reset key near sim dont works for me either - i'm just notice 3x vibrations and thats it, its just repeat vibrate 3x times again and again but nothing happens, no boot.
It is so ridiculously annoying and pathetic that Motorola made a Photon 4G Q which won't be able to use original Photon 4G's accessories?I just bought Motorola Photon 4G HD Dock & Nav Dock and realized that Motorola Photon 4G Q has its HDMI & micro USB slots in different location than the original Photon.So that your loyal customers give you more $$$ to buy new accessories?
