BlackBerry :: Outlook Sent Emails Not Showing Up In 9860
May 17, 2012
I am using Outlook 2010 and BB Torch 9860. The sent messages from my Outlook do not show up in the blackberry email (corporate email id) that I have configured. But sent messages from Blackberry do show up in sent messages on Outlook.
I am using two web based email providers, gmail and directbox.com. All my new emails go directly to my 9700, but not all of them go to my outlook. It seems like only unread emails go to my outlook, but then again, sometimes I also get emails to outlook after I have read them on my 9700. I want to receive ALL my emails in outlook, regardless if I have read them already or not.
I am having a problem with my blackberry curve and outlook email. If I scroll through my emails as soon as I scroll over one it changes to "read" even though I haven't opened the email and read it.
I can't find a solution for this, I only want my emails to show as read once I've actually clicked to open it and read the email.
I use yahoo email on my Blackberry and Outlook on my computer. Emails are coming to my phone and outlook, when I view them on my outlook and move them to a Outlook folder they disappear from my phone. It just shows my sent messages. I need to be able to see received messages too!
I have just changed network from Vodafone to Gamma Telecom and since then emails on one of the 2 accounts I have set up are auto deleting from the device after 24 hours, however, the odd sent item still shows...I have checked settings and states to stay on device for 30 days and cannot understand what is happening as never done this before. Have also done a soft and hard reset but still the same.
I have a Torch 9860, and just completed another backup using BlackBerry Protect. This is not my first backup, FYI.And the strange this is every time I login to protect.blackberry.com, my device is not shown.
my blackberry 9860 crash and freeze quite a lot and it's annoy me..i have the bundling OS which is 7.0.0 bundle 2395 i still have 93.9 mb of application storage...2.2 gb of built in storage and 97.2 mb from media card...what should i do to get rid of the crash and freeze?
I have a Motocaddy golf trolley with a USB port for charging devises but my Blackberry 9860 will not charge.Message is that battery source will not charge the devise.
i bought BB9860 couple of weeksago, still i could not activiate my inernet sim on it( i have complimentary "mobily SIM" found within the box) somebody told me, black berry will not accept any other sim than BB own internet system is thie true ?
(for nokia, and others, people are using lot of internet sim successfully)
I've just received my first Blackberry and have been through the setup. However I am unable to receive or send emails because it says either my password or my email address are incorrect. The email address is definately correct and the password was only set up this morning so that's correct. It's a business email, not BES or Hotmail. Is it my Blackberry password it's asking for or my email password?
Just picked up a Torch 9860 from Verizon on Wednesday to replace my ailing Storm 2. I was assured by the salesperson that I'd be able to go home and transfer data from my old phone to the new one using the Desktop Manager (I had not previously used this software). Long story short, I tried to download the Desktop Manager to three different computers without success, each time getting the same error message stating that ....C++ 2008 Distributable... needed to be on my computer. So dead end there.
Then the fun really begins. I set up my email account on the Torch and it will receive emails, but I can't open any of them. Tried the Browser- it won't connect to the internet either. This is a brand new phone, right out of the box! I've installed no apps, nothing, stock out of the box!
I went to the Verizon store yesterday and they were able to transfer my contacts over from my old phone but also could not get it to open messages or connect to the web. I can use the phone and text, but that's it.
If I can't download Desktop Manager or connect to the web,
Is there anyway to send a PIN from my Outlook? We have lots of Blackberries in our organization, but the secretaries don't have them and often we need to PIN our bosses.
how do you select all or select multiple files, emails, messages, etc to delete.also Syncing with my gmail account using google sync it is not syncing with calander, I have selected correct info in setting but no joy..
I am running BlackBerry Desktop Software 7.1.0.32 and my BB is at Software version v4.5.0.174. I believe I recently updated the BlackBerry syncing software and now I am getting errors when I try to sync. Some errors say I don't have permission to a folder and some errors are just general sync errors. My Calendar seems to be syncing OK but not my contacts or my memo pad.
I have just downloaded all the new Blackberry Desktop updates and it still won't synchronise my outlook contacts with the Playbook. I have made a similar post before but got no answer that worked, come on guys please tel;l me how to get my Outlook (2010) contacta copied to my Playbook. Thjis problem is so frustrating . When I purchase the curve you were sble to swiftlt solve the problem telling me to use Synchamatic software but they have not got a similar solution for the Playbook, I have over 400 contacts please assist, I've waited over 6 months for a working solution.
I have been using Outlook 2010 for quite a while and then switched to Outlook 2011 with my former employer. The switch went very smooth and even on my BlackBerry I did not notice any difference. All contact pictures remained on the device and even when I added new ones it was synchronized to the device perfectly independently of the image size. Now I've changed jobs and with my new employer I've re-imported my contacts into Outlook 2011 again. From an Outlook 2011 perspective everything looks great, all pictures are there however they are not on my BlackBerry. Every new contact or every removed one will synchronize perfectly to my BlackBerry - only the contact pictures won't. I've tried inserting new ones, I've played around with image sizes as I've read something about certain limitations, I've spoken to the BES admin and he confirmed this feature has not been turned off on the BES.
I am usinng Outlook 2010 and BB Torch 9860. The sent messges from my Outlook do not show up in the blackberry email (corporate email id) that I have configured.
I have asked this question before but the answer wasn't any use and no-one replied when I queried it. It just said log into my BT account on a PC I will find them but I did that and still can't find them anywhere. When I send an e-mail from my phone how do I then get the message into outlook on my PC. I look at all my e-mails in the BT Yahoo browser before I download them to Outlook but they do not appear there. The only way I've found so far is to include myself as a copy but there must be a better way. Perhaps someone can be a bit more helpful than the last response.
I have Curve 8310. In the past when I opened Outlook and my emails downloaded, they disappeared from from Blackberry and I like that. My computer recently crashed and I had to download the latest BB Desktop. Now the emails will only delete from my Blackberry manually.
how I can sink my sent emails between my BB Torch 9800 and my pc? I have the sync function working when I do a backup between pc and torch. It doesnt touch the emails.
