I have Curve 8310. In the past when I opened Outlook and my emails downloaded, they disappeared from from Blackberry and I like that. My computer recently crashed and I had to download the latest BB Desktop. Now the emails will only delete from my Blackberry manually.
View 2 RepliesI currently have BES and when I delete my emails from my device, they are not deleting from my outlook account. I do have delete from mailbox and handheld, have changed this setting, saved, and changed it back and still not working.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have had a Curve for over a Year and a half and ever since I got it I have had it set up to my work email through my exchange server with no problems. I upgraded to the new curve in Feb and I had the Sprint store set everything up. Starting yesterday I will receive emails on my blackberry but they will never show up in my inbox in Outlook. Its kinda of a big problem. I have checked and my outlook is not running in cached mode. I have tried sending service books and check the options on the phone and in outlook and I have no clue whats going on.

A couple of weeks ago my employer gave me a password to activate my Outlook account for my Curve 8530. I was able to send and receive emails for about 3 days, then I suddenly stopped receving emails.I can send email from my outlook address, my Sent Items appear and my Outlook calendar items appear on the blackberry calendar.I'm just not receiving emails through the Inbox.I've contacted my carrier and my IT department at work, but no one can figure out why I'm not getting emails on the Curve.The usual fixes aren't working.
View 8 Replies View RelatedI'm unable to read individual emails when using the Outlook Web Access site in the internet browser window.I am using this to check work email and would rather do it this way (over the internet) than using the e-mail client that is part of the device. I'm able to log-in to my inbox and see everything I should see, however when I try clicking on an individual email to read it, nothing happens. I've tried clicking on the sender's name, the subject line and everything else on the line for that email. When I do that nothing happens.Am I doing this wrong? Is there somewhere else I'm suppose to click? Is there possibly some setting that needs to be turned on or maybe one that is on that should be unchecked?Any help would really, really be appreciated.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI bought a 9300 literally yesterday, and I'm using it with my current contract sim (which includes data) until I can get a blackberry contract.Apart from the fact that I was abroad this morning, had to turn off mobile services and use only wifi, and I couldn't browse past google (I did use the hotspot browser)...I want to set up my email even though I read I can't get push until I get BB service. However I seem to be lacking the wizard. When I try to set up an email account I get asked whether I have something something Enterprise (which I don't) and can't answer anything but yes. There is a selected dot I can't de-select. So I can't use my email.Also I didn't have App World, so I downloaded it from the browser, and now its in my menu. However if I try and log in with my BB account I get an error and the app crashes, even though the details are correct. So I can't download anything.

Someone from sprint performed a hard reset and could not tell me how to restore my contacts. My fiancé helped me restored my contacts. I can get email, select reply but there is no send option available to send email. It worked a few days ago, but it is not working now. I can send email from my contacts, but not reply to an email I already received. Even when I try to download a document it says, “More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found”. I even tried the service book option I learned on crackberry along with turning it off and on, removing the battery, and deleting my email accounts and adding them again.

It just said log into my BT account on a PC I will find them but I did that and still can't find them anywhere. When I send an e-mail from my phone how do I then get the message into outlook on my PC. I look at all my e-mails in the BT Yahoo browser before I download them to Outlook but they do not appear there. The only way I've found so far is to include myself as a copy but there must be a better way. Perhaps someone can be a bit more helpful than the last response.

The yahoo and googlemail work fine and the inbox,sent etc emails are as they should be and stay on the phone and on my PC at home when i log in but on my outlook account when i read the emails on my phone they disappear from the inbox (and phone) and are not there when i check on outlook express at home? when i first got the E72 it worked fine and emails i looked at on my phone remained on the phone and were at home on outlook express still?

I am using two web based email providers, gmail and directbox.com. All my new emails go directly to my 9700, but not all of them go to my outlook. It seems like only unread emails go to my outlook, but then again, sometimes I also get emails to outlook after I have read them on my 9700. I want to receive ALL my emails in outlook, regardless if I have read them already or not.

I get emails and can send emails, no problem. If I delete emails from BB, they delete in outlook BUT not the other way round. So if I delete emails in outlook they do not delete from my phone.

I've got a client with a bunch of BBs, they use BIS and Exchange. Whenever they send from Outlook, they get dupe emails on their phones. I found a supposed solution, which was to go into BIS and recreate the accounts with OWA instead of IMAP, but no matter what URL I type in, it tells me it's invalid. I also saw a possible solution that involved getting Exchange no to assign a new UID to the emails, but I'm not finding anything in Exchange to change that.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI got my unlocked dual-sim 950 last week. All is good except for the new Outlook Mail app. It does fine with plain text emails, but cannot render HTML (web style) emails correctly at all. The formatting looks horrible and many items and images are just missing.
I read on another forum that this was due to the new Outlook app using MS Word as its rendering engine, rather than Internet Explorer, as was the case with Windows Phone 8.1 on my old Lumia 920. If the e-mail happens to contains a "view in browser" link, then it will open correctly in the Edge browser.
But many HTML emails don't have such a link. A decent email client should be able to render most correctly-coded HTML emails perfectly. Funny thing is that Outlook is supposed to be a Universal Windows App and it works fine on my Windows 10 desktop, but not on my phone.
With previous Android Motorola phones, there weren't issues with sending emails and showing in the Sent folder. But the Turbo doesn't have a 'native' email app so I downloaded the Outlook app. Many emails that I 'send' don't show in 'Sent' folder (or received by recipient). Tech support says they're aware of the problem and are working on it. But for now I'm stuck without a trustworthy email app.

I have tried multiple times to sync my contacts from outlook to my BB Bold. It shows complete on my BB Desktop but the phone has been stuck on the sync screen for about an hour and a half now.
View 1 Replies View RelatedIt's set to delete on Handheld and Mailbox (mailbox wins). When the user deletes the message on the BB, the message deletes in Outlook. When he deletes a message in his Outlook Inbox, it won't delete. The message will finally delete after being deleted from the deleted folder in Outlook, however, it's supposed to delete when cleared from the inbox.
