i have upgraded my OS of 9300, Current version 6.0 Bundle 2342 With my existing Outlook Email accounts, Not receiving emails those are going under outlook filters, only receiving mails those are not eligible for any outlook filters. But I was able to receive all mails with Version 5.0 OS.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI've been getting an incredible amount of spam recently. So I've tried setting up filters on my BB Torch 9800. If I set up only two or three filters, it seems to work fine. But if I set up more than that, the BB just stops receiving all emails, not just the filtered ones. I've checked to see that I've clicked the right options. I'm not, apparently. So what's the trick to setting up lots of filters to kill of this wretched spam? In Outlook, of course, it's easy -- I can set up rules to stop the **bleep** reaching my in-box -- and I was hoping it was going to be similarly easy to do on the BB. But it isn'.

Whenever I get any mail on my BB and I read it, while Outlook is not open on my laptop, the mail is not delivered on my laptop at all. I have already ticked the "leave a copy of messages on Server" in accounts settings.
Further, I receive mails on my BB in bunches after a gap varying from 20 mins to 1 hour after the sender has sent the mail to me. I receive from 4 - 10 mails at one single time, but not as and when they are posted. After facing these problems, I upgraded the OS to 6.0.0 bundle 2647, however the behavior has not changed.
I have an iPhone 4s and I sync my email from an exchange server. I have mail that is delivered to sub-folders in my inbox but these emails do not appear on my phone but I can browse to the folders and see the emails. Is there for these emails to appear in inbox on the phone.

I currently have BES and when I delete my emails from my device, they are not deleting from my outlook account. I do have delete from mailbox and handheld, have changed this setting, saved, and changed it back and still not working.

I went to my email settings on My Blackberry and put in what I thought was the password, but that failed. I tried a couple of others, but those failed also. Then I went to the Blackberry Internet Service website and reset my password there, but it still did not work. I noticed when I went to "Account Details" on the Blackberry website, the password was only 10 characters long, nothing close to any passwords that I might have used. I have Verizon Wireless, but should maybe mention that my email address has been supported by AT & T U-Verse for the last few years, and one month ago I cancelled U-Verse internet and went with someone else. I upgraded to the new curve in Feb and I had the Sprint store set everything up. Starting yesterday I will receive emails on my blackberry but they will never show up in my inbox in Outlook. Its kinda of a big problem. I have checked and my outlook is not running in cached mode. I have tried sending service books and check the options on the phone and in outlook and I have no clue whats going on.

I can't find a solution for this, I only want my emails to show as read once I've actually clicked to open it and read the email.

A couple of weeks ago my employer gave me a password to activate my Outlook account for my Curve 8530. I was able to send and receive emails for about 3 days, then I suddenly stopped receving emails.I can send email from my outlook address, my Sent Items appear and my Outlook calendar items appear on the blackberry calendar.I'm just not receiving emails through the Inbox.I've contacted my carrier and my IT department at work, but no one can figure out why I'm not getting emails on the Curve.The usual fixes aren't working.

View 13 Replies View RelatedThis problem started today. All singular imessages are not responding in this way, so far only the group. After researching I have done the following so far and nothing is working.
1. Turn off/on the phone.
2. Checked for updates. (none)
3. Reset the factory settings.
4. Cleared and re-entered icloud name/password.
5. Turned off/on "group messaging", "mms", AND "sms" just to be sure.
6. Made sure "send/receive" has both icloud and cell number.
I just came home from an international trip and am wondering if some settings or restrictions may be limiting the group messages.

I'm unable to read individual emails when using the Outlook Web Access site in the internet browser window.I am using this to check work email and would rather do it this way (over the internet) than using the e-mail client that is part of the device. I'm able to log-in to my inbox and see everything I should see, however when I try clicking on an individual email to read it, nothing happens. I've tried clicking on the sender's name, the subject line and everything else on the line for that email. When I do that nothing happens.Am I doing this wrong? Is there somewhere else I'm suppose to click? Is there possibly some setting that needs to be turned on or maybe one that is on that should be unchecked?Any help would really, really be appreciated.

Is there a way that I can retrieve these contacts? And my call log shows the names of the contacts properly but my messages do not have names attached just phone numbers.

- Messages are not delivered (or they are delivered hours later)
- I sometimes don't receive messages (or I receive them hours later)
- I type in blue (so I think it's an iMessage) but then when I send it turns green.
You can't imagine the consequences of this and how it affected my relation with my girlfriend !!I switched it off and I don't care to find a solution (the same with iCloud).
since a few days I have a strange iMessage problem. When I write an iMessage to someone from my iPhone it shows up as not delivered after a few seconds, but the message does arrive at the recipient. If I look on my iPad the same message looks ok, it shows the delivered/read status perfectly normal. When I switch devices, the problem exists the other way around. I get the not delivered status on my iPad but the same message shows up OK on my iPhone. The problem exists on different WiFis and on the 3G network.I already tried to "reactive" the iMessage service on my iPhone but to no avail.

Ok, so I've searched and haven't found what I am looking for... if any of you use Gmail with the plugin on your BB maybe you can help.
1- I can recieve/send from my BB but in the Gmail folder on my BB (the envelope with a globe thingy) I only see what I recieve. Is there a way to see everything like with my hotmail, yahoo and BB accounts?
2- How do I set up filters to recieve only personal emails using the BIS website? I entered the add filters and selected not to push emails exception Personal and didn't recieve anything.
I don't have a BES account but trying to think of a way to have BB sent mails show up in my Outlook Sent box. Could one setup an address as say, BBsentmail@****. com, send a BCC's to that address from the BB and set up an Outlook rule to direct all emails containing BBsent@****.com to the Sent folder? What if something is sent from Outlook? I guess one could send a BCC to himself but it would end up in the Blackberry's Inbox and not sent box. Can rules/filters be applied in Blackberry's email client (I haven't set mine up yet)?
On a similar note, if the Blackberry server pushes the email to my blackberry before Outlook has a chanse to receive it, will Outlook still download it? Does BB leave a copy on the server? Also, I still have a ton of emails on my server because Outlook is already set to leave a copy on the server. If I don't delete these, BB will download all of them, correct?

When I send an imessage through my iphone it delivers and the other person receives it, but on my phone it says "Not Delivered". When the other person sends to me, it does the same. Here is what I have done so far:
Reboot the phone Reloaded the firmware Disabled/reenabled imessage. Turned off "Time Zone Support" iMessage works fine on my iPad, doesnt work at all on my Mac.
