View 1 RepliesThese are the problems I've been having:
- Messages are not delivered (or they are delivered hours later)
- I sometimes don't receive messages (or I receive them hours later)
- I type in blue (so I think it's an iMessage) but then when I send it turns green.
You can't imagine the consequences of this and how it affected my relation with my girlfriend !!I switched it off and I don't care to find a solution (the same with iCloud).
my messages are not being delivered. i tried everything..
View 2 Replies View Relatedi have the exact problem. I have a 9800 , and my bbm messages are not being delivered, and only stays a tick...i tried the advice mentioned above, and the problem still persists.
View 9 Replies View RelatedMy bbm has been acting up lately. It will be working fine, and then all of a sudden it just won't deliver any messages to a particular contact. I can received messages from them, it just won't deliver mine. This has happened to me twice now, to two different contacts, but I've had no problems with any other contacts. I've tried pulling my battery, backing up my phone, and deleting and then re-adding the contacts, but I'm still not having any luck.

I have an active wireless internet connection and my iphone is connected to the wifi (Tried the DNS), but still doesnt seem to send any messages? Is there a possibility that there's someting wrong with the phone it's self or i might have the wrong things on in the settings?

I am receiving text messages from a friend, but she can't receive mine when they are sent as an imessage. She and I both have iPhones. I've reset my phone, updated my routing with my carrier, to no avail.

My email was hacked so I set a new password and added security questions. All good there. But email messages are not being delivered to my blackberry until I validate the new password on BlackBerry Internet Service. I cannot seem to access the BlackBerry Internet Service - on my device, under SetUp, Email Accounts, Internet Mail Account it asks for my User name and Password. I cannot find that nor can I find a way to create one - I've tried searching the BlackBerry site as well as my wireless provider (AT&T) site, but to no avail.
View 3 Replies View RelatedThis problem started today. All singular imessages are not responding in this way, so far only the group. After researching I have done the following so far and nothing is working.
1. Turn off/on the phone.
2. Checked for updates. (none)
3. Reset the factory settings.
4. Cleared and re-entered icloud name/password.
5. Turned off/on "group messaging", "mms", AND "sms" just to be sure.
6. Made sure "send/receive" has both icloud and cell number.
I just came home from an international trip and am wondering if some settings or restrictions may be limiting the group messages.

My Blackberry is set up to block all incoming SMS messages from unknown senders . Unfortunately when the Blackberry device blocks a text message, it reports to the sender that the message has been delivered to my phone (delivery receipt/mobile ack.) . I think this is a malfunction which blackberry should address in the next version of the software.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI just got a BlackBerry 9780, and I had been using the BBM for only a couple days and it seemed fine. All of a sudden the messages I was sending no longer had a D above the tick mark, and I haven't been able to get one to go through, nor has anyone responded to my messages.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI just got my 1st smart phone: Samsung s6. Yesterday I texted my husband (he has an iphone), i didn't text him. I had ' failed to deliver ' messages. However, i can receive his text. I can't text out.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have an AT&T 4S and I'm dating someone with a Verizon iPhone. She doesn't receive several of my messages, and needless to say
I've tried resetting Network Settings, turned off iMessage, rebooted our phones, etc.

I'm having an issue where my BBM messages to one contact are being displayed with a ticked D on my device. However my contact is not receiving any of the messages. The contact can however still message me fine and they all come through without a problem. There is sometimes a slight delay on the messages coming through to me but not very often.
I've tried a hard reset by pulling the battery out of my phone while it is switched on. Infact I have tried this several times and it has not produced any results. Any messages i send to my contact always have a ticked D next to them when they have been sent. I have a blackberry Bold 9700.

Issue: BBM Messages are not being delivered or received.I can type out the messages and send, but they are not delivered and I am not receiving any bbm messages. I can send the same message 10-15 times and one may be delivered.Text messages work, and my browser is working, both on data and wireless. Was working fine last night, the issue started today. Have performed both soft and hard reboots, no change.
since a few days I have a strange iMessage problem. When I write an iMessage to someone from my iPhone it shows up as not delivered after a few seconds, but the message does arrive at the recipient. If I look on my iPad the same message looks ok, it shows the delivered/read status perfectly normal. When I switch devices, the problem exists the other way around. I get the not delivered status on my iPad but the same message shows up OK on my iPhone. The problem exists on different WiFis and on the 3G network.I already tried to "reactive" the iMessage service on my iPhone but to no avail.

Why would SMS messages sent directly from a BB Curve on the Verizon network to my Storm 2 be delivered to my BB Messenger IM client as a Chat immediately, and then a number of minutes later the same SMS (from Curve) is sent to my SMS client (Storm 2).
Just recently I've had 3 text messages that were sent by iMessage that were shown as delivered, but the recipients never received them. I've turned it off for the time being, as I can't risk messages being shown as Delivered, and they're not!

Is it possible for a text message to show "delivered" but actually not be delivered. I sent a text, received the "delivered" notation and the recipient is saying that they did not receive it.

When I send an imessage through my iphone it delivers and the other person receives it, but on my phone it says "Not Delivered". When the other person sends to me, it does the same. Here is what I have done so far:
Reboot the phone Reloaded the firmware Disabled/reenabled imessage. Turned off "Time Zone Support" iMessage works fine on my iPad, doesnt work at all on my Mac.

I sent a couple of BBM messages, which were delivered (D) but the Read (R) wasn't showing. I then decided i did not want the receiver to read the messages, so cleared the chat. Was that enough to delete the message showing on the other end? I have now deleted the contact entirely and will ask them to join again. Was the message deleted fully with either of the two actions?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI am having problems today with my 8520 Curve. I keep receiving a message from donotreply@blackberry.com informing me that my emails are not being delivered to my device. It goes on to tell me to turn on the IMAP setting for all mail on my email account and validate my account.Having checked, my IMAP settings are correct so I re-validated my Bkackberry and, for all intents & purposes the email account is now valid. However, I then shortly receive another message exactly the same from [URL]..I have gone round this cycle 3-4 times now but am still not receiving emails

View 7 Replies View RelatedI am wanting to know is there a way to delete multiple email messages or normal messages for that matter at one time.If i receive like 20 emails, do I really need to delete each one individually? As it's major painful. Even my old dilapidated cell phone could delete mutiple messages at once.
View 2 Replies View RelatedSo, I don't know how this works when you order the new iphone 4, but when you pickup at att or apple they will open the box for you and register everything for you at their office. So if it was delivered then do I just simply switch sim cards? My wife and I are both eligible for an upgrade. We both plan on upgrading to the iphone 4. My wife is currently using a BB with the BB unlimited data plan. Att says that you can keep your unlimited data even when upgrading, but is that for current iphone users? (Can she switch from BB unlimited data to iphone unlimited data?) My wife is not a big iphone fan and I'm scared she might not like it so I was wondering if I had to sell it will att allow her to switch back to her old BB or does she have to stick with it since she upgraded?

I am new to this forum. I have a Bold 9700. Ever since Aug 7th (today is the 11th), I have been receiving the same 4 or 5 emails over and over and over on my Blackberry. I deleted them on both the handheld and email...that didn't work, I opened them, then deleted them, that didn't work. The emails are not on my server, I do not get them in my email inbox on the computer, yet probably 6 ot 7 times a day, I get those same emails over and over and it won't stop.
