I have been receiving email messages from August 7th that have been deleted. I have logged into my email on the computer and completely deleted them but I keep receiving them on my Blackberry. I get the same 4 messages about 5-6 times a day. I have tried everything. I updated the BB, I removed the battery, i deleted the email account off of the BB and readded it.

Now I'm getting notifications on my phone for messages that I either deleted or moved out of my inbox into a different folder.The messages that are being resent don't show up in the hotmail inbox as a new message.

View 5 Replies View RelatedWe're trying to send some tabular data from our internal email (Exchange Server with Outlook 2003 clients) by copying from Excel 2003 and pasting into Outlook. When the message is viewed on the Blackberry (Bold 9600) the layout is all screwed up. Column widths change and it seems to randomly wrap onto a new line, sometimes with what appears to be multiple lines in between. We've tried various options (HTML mail, pictures (bitmap and metafile, the latter appearing as .gif files) and whilst the picture option seems the best so far, it still gets distorted, presumably by re-sizing.

On my old 9700 handset I could choose to reply to an inbound email from an account other than the one to which it was sent. When I clicked on the drop-down at the top of the Reply screen, all three were offered as a choice. Now on my 9900 handset, it doesn't give me any choice, and only shows the account to which the email was sent, for replying from. Is there a setting to change this, to allow a choice?

This time when I switched cards (devices) from the US to the Belgian one, it started to duplicate the incoming (and also sent) emails from my Gmail account to the device I switched back to the US SIM and it's still duplicating emails. I've tried to delete the account and put it in again to no avail.

Also, another wierd thing is I set up my profile so that I can have an alert when email messages come in and it does not work. All the other notifications work fine with that profile and the try me works fine but does not work when email messages come in.

Been using the N900 for a few weeks now, replacing one of my superb E90s. So far, sort of so good, the major differences in the user interface are causing a few issues, but I sort of expected that!Does anyone have any answers to the following please?
1. Is there some way of being notified of my emails better? I have four accounts on my Nokia Messaging account, and I have to open each one and check each inbox individually. Pain in the neck; is there an app that shows on the main menu screen what new emails are in which box?
2. Can SMS be marked read? My N900 keeps reporting that I have so many new SMSs, but I have actually read them;
3. Why do all my contacts' birthdays come up twice in the calendar? That's just annoying - it looks as though the N900 is adding a birthday automatically;
4. Is there a setting to allow the system to change from portrait to landscape and back again? My device only seems to do this on a few applications - is this normal?
5. Skype - is there a way to see which contacts are on line, other than having to wade through the contact lists? I have over 2,000 contacts and it is pretty time consuming, if I am just looking for a chat with anyone about.
When I turn on the main computer and access my emails, my other emails on my iPhone and iPad disappear.Â
