Dec 7, 2011We moved 6 users from a exchange 2003 enviroment to a 2010 enviroment and now they cant reply or forward on their blackberrys. Can recieve and send new messages.3 are Sprint, 3 are Nextel They all use OWA on their configuration and there is no BES in the equation.2 users still on the old exchange.....no issues at all.5 other branch locations made the same move onto the same 2010 server and they had no issues.......this is doesnt make sense at all.Could there be a cached issue with the blackberry units for the email address?

I can hear the ringtones phone in the media section quite clearly but that's all. I have tried switching ringtones, I have checked all my settings, I have taken the battery out and put it back in, the phone is not on mute. I have even downloaded my own ringtone to the phone and that doesn't work either.

Jul 2, 2010How can I speed up or adjust the settings so that I can receive my emails quickly. If someone sends me an email it can take up to 15 minutes to receive the email. On my old Rant I received the emails instantly. Is there a 3rd party email that is available. Please help not really wanting to go back to my Rant phone but need phone that will deliver my work emails quick. Work emails are not on any kind of exchange server either.
