I've just switched to a 'torch', and according to the device, I've managed to properly set up connections to two email accounts. Let's call them 'personal' and 'work'. However everything seems to be coming in to the 'personal' account - even messages sent to the 'work' address.

We're trying to send some tabular data from our internal email (Exchange Server with Outlook 2003 clients) by copying from Excel 2003 and pasting into Outlook. When the message is viewed on the Blackberry (Bold 9600) the layout is all screwed up. Column widths change and it seems to randomly wrap onto a new line, sometimes with what appears to be multiple lines in between. We've tried various options (HTML mail, pictures (bitmap and metafile, the latter appearing as .gif files) and whilst the picture option seems the best so far, it still gets distorted, presumably by re-sizing.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI entered my Mail app to check my emails and saw that my Yahoo email account had 4,294,967,099+ emails. I have reset my IPhone by holding the power and home buttons together and deleting my Yahoo account and re-adding but it still shows 4 billion emails.

Why does the gmail app icon always show 99+ and the email icon always shows 30 emails even after I clean up my mailboxes and know for sure that I have 0 unread emails? Is there a fix for this? When I was on ios as soon as I had all emails read the counts from the app icons used to disappear.

View 1 Replies View RelatedHas anyone else had issues with the Lumia 920 showing the wrong date and time? I entered both manually when I first set up the phone as the automatic setting did not work. After a couple days I noticed that the date had changed to 1st Sep 2012 and the time was a couple of hours out. I corrected but again a couple of days later the clock is a couple of hours slow and the date was 3 weeks out. I then changed the settings to "automatic" turned the phone off and on again and the date is a week behind and the time is 3 hours fast.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI've ported over my old number to orange and all seems ok but When i press the green phone button and the list of recent calls comes up the number displayed in the "my number" line at the top of the screen is the number i had before my number was ported over. I've contacted Orange and they sent me a text to update my settings. This didn't solve the problem. I have noticed when i do make a call the correct number is displayed on the right hand side of the screen (in call).How do i ge the "my numnber" line to display my correct number?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a 4S running on iOS 5.0. I reset my phone a few weeks ago when I was playing around, and I restored it from my iCloud backup. Everything was fine except the filename counter for my pictures was also reset to IMG0001. I transfer pictures to my computer regularly so now I have many pictures with duplicated names, such as IMG0001.JPG and IMG0001 (2).JPG. This is much of an annoyance but I can live with that.
However I have even weirder things happening now. Let's say before I reset my phone I had shot a vidoe and the name was IMG0010.MOV. After the reset of course the video is gone, and I take pictures with my phone as usual. So I took a picture whose name as IMG0010.JPG again, and when I try to see it in the camera roll, I see the first frame of my old video! In the thumbnail view it is the right picture, but when I tap on it to view it, it shows my newly taken picture for about half a second, and then displays my old video. I guess there must be some old cache on my phone that override the picture display. Does anyone know how to fix it?
I should add that the picture is also displayed wrongly in my photo stream folder on the phone. On the other hand when I access the picture from the computer (in the DCIM folder, and in the synced photo stream folder) it is the right one. But I want to view the pictures on my phone! I can't take my computer with me anytime!

I have had problems with emails in my Microsoft Exchange account not displaying (completely blank body), not showing correct HTML content, and in some cases not showing the sender address. Now I don't know if it is inappropriate to say so on this forum, but I rooted the phone in order to uninstall the Moto email client, and install the stock ICS email client. Once I did that, none of my emails are blank, most HTML content shows correctly, and other quirky issues seem to have improved. But, the stock email client also does not have a search feature (big problem), you cannot swipe in the message list, and it's application icon does not show a badge for the number of unread emails. So it is a bit of a sacrifice to have to revert to the stock client just to be able to read my email. I have also tried TouchDown email and it displays all the Exchange emails fantastically, but it's look and feel is a bit crummy and it costs $20.

I'm currently running IOS 5.1.1 on an iphone 4, these messages can't be deleted. I have tried deleting and readding the account, restoring the iPhone and still nothing. This is happening for Gmail, Exchange, and icloud.

Since this morning my BB Curve 8520 has been displaying GSM. I have tried turning it on and off again and manually searching for networks but it still says GSM. I am not receiving important texts and emails because of it.

I've notice that a month ago my windows and aim emails as of mater of fact where on my blackberry however, when I had to reboot or en restore information on my bb handset, there are not where to appear.I tried looking for update with in the handset didn't find one I was about to look it up in the internet but I might though you guys can help me solve this little problem.

When I restart my phone it works, but then anything new after I delete those messages, it just goes back to no display count and a white bubble.

When I get a voicemail, a simple, white icon (a single line with a small circle at each end) appears in the top left of my screen, where the email & text notification icons also appear. In the past, once I check my voicemails, the icon goes away. But this time it has not. I have checked my voicemail several times and even erased all of my saved voice mails, but the icon will not go away! How can I get rid of it?
View 7 Replies View RelatedI've a Nokia E72 No-brand and I had a nokia E51 and both of these two phone seems to suffer of the same issue: the icon of the calls in call log, whatever is the type of the phone that I want to call or that has called me, is always the same: that one of the mobile phone! And this is very annoying because when there are contacts with more than one number type, it's impossible (or quite complicated and frustrating) to identify the correct number to call or that has called me (if I check the missed calls or recent calls in Call Log).
Besides I see that this bug was corrected with the latest firmware in other phones with Symbian S60 5th edition and my question is: why don't fix this very annoying bug also in devices with Symbian S60 3rd edition (like Nokia E72)?
I bought recently a Blackberry curve 3G, without knowing I started the installation; now I see I clicked the wrong email selection. I clicked "Enterprise account" but I need "internet Mail Account". I don't know and don't find anywhere where I can go back and switch to the right account.
