Recently I got to move my server to a new hoster, hence any email service connected to a BB device need to re-validate the service. One of the BB device got stuck and can't add/validate the email back.It kept on saying "wrong password, etc..." which is NOT!I've tried pulling the battery off, deleting the email account (and I can't add the **bleep** account back now!?

I was able to log app world and download things etc. But today I downloaded an update from app world and now it wont let me log in at all. Says email and password combinations are wrong or email doesn't exist.

I reset my password for the BB ID I thought was for this device, which includes the '1', but when I try using that BB ID on this phone, it says something like "use the BB ID associated with this device".

View 2 Replies View RelatedI recently had water damage to my BB Curve 9300 phone, stupidly I had not relaised but transfered all my contacts from SIM to phone Of course all this info got wiped when the phone was repaired. But i had registred with Blackberry ID and got a few apps one of which was BB Protect, backing up all my contacts etc. However now when I go to enter my email and password for BB ID it does not recognise me, I have tried 'forgot password' and the same happens, it does not recognise my email or any other emails I use. I have spoken to O2 and they say they can see I registered with BB and state if I had apps must have registered an email address. I am going mad because they must have an address and password for me as they allowed me to get other free apps, therefore my info must be on their system. I don't want to re-register as BB Protect will not recognise the new name or will it? Does it take other info when you register, like the PIN or IMEI?

I tried veriifying the email on my Blackberry Pearl but receive a mesaage stating my password is incorrect. Since I had to verify my email to post this message my password is apparently working from an internet connection. I have looked at the other posting and tried the host routing table register and taking the battery out but am still unable to register my email. Is there anything else I can do to try to fix this?

View 1 Replies View RelatedJust recently I have had a problem with being able to edit my email settings, when I go to main menu > set up > Email accounts it comes up with a username and password. I assume the username that it is requesting would be an email address so I've tried all of mine and all of my passwords in the box, it doesn't seem to be accepting any of them. Also according to my service provider and my sisters blackberry it's not supposed to be requesting any type of username or password there. I have three email accounts: Google mail, Window's live mail and my blackberry email account. My service provider is 3 UK.
