Ive notified the people who sold it to me, but after a month later it totally stopped working. So ive sent my blackberry to a HK Blackberry office, Beijing Blackberry office. They still couldnt get my phone fixed. Back Button, Answer Button, End Call Buttons are stopped working.So now the company that sold it to me they are saying they cover a technical damage.Who do i contact? Apr 3, 2011my phone experiencing some faults with the keypad, one minute all the keys are working and the some of then such as te 'o' and the 'L' and the 'G', i have tried everything to try and fix this problem and it still persists, i do not want to have to have replacement if this problem can be fixed i would be very happy, i ahve tried rebootin my phone by taking the battery out while the phone is switched on and this still does not work

Jan 2, 2012My daughter dropped her blackberry curve 8520 and now the keypad buttons don't work, everything seems ok with the phone as it boots up ok and she can move the cursor ok but can't click on anything and none of the buttons do anything. If you call the phone it rings but she can't answer a call etc. I have restored the phone to factory settings and reinstalled her own backed up data but it is still the same ..

Nov 30, 2011I recently purchased my first Blackberry, the Bold 9930. I really love it. My previous mobile was an Apple 3GS. The only real thing I miss about the 3GS and find lacking in my new 9930 is the Bold's lack of an onscreen keypad for dialing phone numbers. The Bold's keyboard is great for typing on but is nowhere near as easy to dial phone numbers as my iPhone 3GS was. Adding an onscreen keypad to the Bold, similar to the one on the 9810 would make the Bold much more user friendly. Especially too people coming over from the iPhone or android phones.

She's using the 'A' button to lock the keypad at which point the screen goes off (as I believe it should) and then after a minute or so, it unlocks itself and the screen comes back on.

Apr 19, 2010I purchased a w385 on ebay. When I received it I tested it and the keypad worked, as well as the camera and all the menus.I then proceeded to activate it on Page Plus Cellular. Customer Service rep asked me to press *22890 for the OTA reprogramming and after that sequence/process the keypad stopped working correctly.
After that when I open the flip phone it automatically dials *, sometimes I can dial one or two numbers and then it stops. But the majority of the time none of the numbers, nor the clear, camera, send or menu buttons work.I can still receive calls.To try to fix it I flashed to the latest firmware version (.18). No improvement so then back to the one that was on the phone (.16). Still no improvement.Are there any suggestions to try to have the phone work correctly?

Apr 25, 2011So here is my problem: My numerical keypad is not working. When I push a number nothing happens. The 0 works and when I hold down the 1 it goes to voicemail. When it goes to voicemail though, where the numbers should be there are letters. If I have someone in my contacts, I can call them but I cannot dial their number. Everything else on the phone works. Email, SMS and Browser all work. It is only the most basic function that will not work. I called Verizon and they helped me do restore and then an update but that didn't help. I went to the Verizon store and they said that all they can do is a clean wipe and restore, the same thing I did over the phone. I then took it to Cell Phone Repair (CPR). They said they have never seen it. And if they have never seen it, then it must be really screwed up.
