I've used the BB media sync, I've tried the mass storage, nothing is working. What can I do? View 1 Replies View RelatedSwitch to BlackBerry Torch 9860 recently (upgrade from Torch 9800), however unable to log in to app world as the message "unable to login into your BlackBerry ID account". For additional info, this is my fifth BlackBerry and this is also first time i encounter this problem as when i switch to new BlackBerry, there is no such problem as i using the Blackberry desktop to update and transfer all the old data to new data, now the blackberry protect keep popping up and request me to log in, however everytime i log in the message unable to log into your BlackBerry ID account appear and unable to proceed. I have log into Blackberry via email (laptop) there is no problem.

After I changed my SIM card, they requested me to log into my BB ID, which I tried to do, but failed. I have changed my BBID password and tried to log in again, just in case I remembered the wrong password, but to no avail. Right now I am locked out of my own phone by BBID.

I can send the BBM message but I could not receive any BBM message from my contact after I resubscribe my Blackberry Internet Service yesterday. I tried to sign in to windows live messenger and it works fine. My email is also working as usual.I have tried to take out my battery and put it back on several times. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall back my BBM application.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have had the problem of not being able to log into Blackberry ID account on my handset, although I can log in via a laptop/desktop.One suggestion was to 'wipe' my handset via BlackBerry Desktop Manager, this proved difficult as I couldn't download and install blackberry desktop manager. This is now resolved, it was a microsoft.NET 3.5 SP issue, long story but I have now installed that.Anyway, I now have the desktop manager on my PC and need help/advice on what I need to do next to rectify the ID log in issue.

The SMS settings in Text Messaging -> Options is also gone. I used to be able to send SMS. I've done soft and hard reset but the problem persists. View 1 Replies View RelatedA few days ago i wasnt able to use any data apps such as BBM, Facebook etc...then I wasn't able to use my browser, even though it says im connected to the internet and I have a full signal.I've backed up my BB and did a security wipe and restored it, but it's still not working, and now i cant get activate my email account either!My BIS is not connected...I assume thats a major problem, and Rogers said they can do nothing about this (because my phone is not a Rogers phone, and has been unlocked, and I dont know who the previous provider was)
