BB Torch :: Can't Hear When Calling
Apr 6, 2012I'm having problems with my Blackberry Torch 9800. I try to call people but my screen then goes black and I can't hear anything. There is no ringing noise and when the person answers they can hear me but I can't hear them. A lot of people who are experiencing these problems usually put their phone on speaker to hear it but I can't see my screen so I can't do that.

Aug 7, 2012I live in a place where mobile signal (service provider) are hard to reach but the fortunate part is I have a wifi connectivity available. I am v7.1 which should support WiFi calling. Now, I have seen through many posts that wifi calling is service provider specific and not all service providers even in US would not support wifi calling. I am just wondering if there are any service providers who support WiFi calling in India. I really wish this feature can be used as it would impact me on connectivity.

I've used the BB media sync, I've tried the mass storage, nothing is working. What can I do? Apr 13, 2012Switch to BlackBerry Torch 9860 recently (upgrade from Torch 9800), however unable to log in to app world as the message "unable to login into your BlackBerry ID account". For additional info, this is my fifth BlackBerry and this is also first time i encounter this problem as when i switch to new BlackBerry, there is no such problem as i using the Blackberry desktop to update and transfer all the old data to new data, now the blackberry protect keep popping up and request me to log in, however everytime i log in the message unable to log into your BlackBerry ID account appear and unable to proceed. I have log into Blackberry via email (laptop) there is no problem.

Aug 5, 2012Recently on a trip back from the US, I changed my SIM card just before reaching Singapore. Before that, I unchecked the Wi-Fi and Mobile Service boxes. After I changed my SIM card, they requested me to log into my BB ID, which I tried to do, but failed. I have changed my BBID password and tried to log in again, just in case I remembered the wrong password, but to no avail. Right now I am locked out of my own phone by BBID.

I can send the BBM message but I could not receive any BBM message from my contact after I resubscribe my Blackberry Internet Service yesterday. I tried to sign in to windows live messenger and it works fine. My email is also working as usual.I have tried to take out my battery and put it back on several times. This is now resolved, it was a microsoft.NET 3.5 SP issue, long story but I have now installed that.Anyway, I now have the desktop manager on my PC and need help/advice on what I need to do next to rectify the ID log in issue.

The SMS settings in Text Messaging -> Options is also gone. I used to be able to send SMS. I've done soft and hard reset but the problem persists. How can I get the SMS settings back in Text Messaging -> Options screen?
