I recently bought my torch and im excited to use my bbm, heres the problem. the first time i tried to text globe to activate my BBMAX I immidiately got a reply and ask me to wait for my signal to get EDGE. but then i waited for hours my sinal is turned to 3G and i cant access my bbmessenger yahoo messnger and twitter, meaning my bb is not yet activated.

However, whenever I try to access the "internet email account" option from the email accounts setup page, I automatically get transferred back to the setup page. When I tried to access "internet email account" a few times in a row, my blackberry froze and I had to restart it.Consequently, I cannot access my email at all since I cant even type in my new password.

I upgraded last week again to the new Bold 9900 and this time the email has not come across. It is still there on the blackberry pc page to edit signatures etc., and when I select the option to 'update device' I get the error message 'unable to find device'. The one problem I have not been able to fix, it's that I can't access bbm 5.0. I have the icon on my home screen however, when I select it nothing happens. I have deleted it and re-installed it several times already and that didn't work. I have had to re-install the old version of the bbm and that version works fine.
