I seem to have a problem with my Asha 302.I can connect to my home wi-fi and access the internet with no problems at all. However, I'm unable to access web servers or services on my own LAN.First spotted when I tried to set up the 'Mail' application and creating custom settings to connect to my own IMAP and SMTP server on IP address 192.168.0.199. The mail app would inform me that the server was unreachable or words to that effect.Using both the Nokia web browser and Opera, I have since tried connecting to a local web server again on 192.168.0.199 and both browsers replied with address unreachable. Have also tried connecting to my router on 192.168.0.1 and again I get address unreachable. My phone connects to my wi-fi with address 192.168.0.15 - and with gateway 192.168.0.1, DNS 192.168.0.1 as per any other device on my network.I have also tried doing exactly the same thing on a Nokia N8 - and the N8 is successfully communicating with local servers.I'm running v14.53 and had same problem with 14.23.

I can access bb internet services online, and have changed my email password and internet services password there. But I am locked out of my phone, and work emails no longer arrive.

I´m connected wifi in my black berry because I'm out the reach of my service provider.I only can navigate on the internet, but can use the bbm or the email. In the pass I was able to use them with the wifi connection, some one told me that I m not connected to the bb services.I try everything, change settings, initiated it, and no results.
I downloaded a new fancy characters app sent to me by a friend. Even since my phone has been acting up. The one problem I have not been able to fix, it's that I can't access bbm 5.0. I have the icon on my home screen however, when I select it nothing happens. I have deleted it and re-installed it several times already and that didn't work. I have had to re-install the old version of the bbm and that version works fine. I have a curve 8520 from T-mobile and OS 4.6.
Unable to access app world, icon is missing and didn't delete it. Try to reinstall and an error occurs. uncaught excepton:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError am unable to upgrade any apps
my bb is not responding to keypad touch. the problem started when my child was browsing the web. when i remove and put back the bettery, it runs the checks and gets stuck at edit date. radio is also off.

I have stopped receiving emails from my ymail account on my BB Curve and am unable to access 'email accounts' in Set up. When I click on the icon I get a message saying 'your device had a problem connecting to the server'.
When I plug my phone in to my computer to download an app, I get the following message "An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, disable and try again".
i recently downloaded an app and today i deleted it, it then rebooted. when it restarted it came up on the screen " uncaught exception: application net_ rim_bb_ messaging_app(60) is not responding; process terminated " and give me the option to press ok but wont do anything . the screen has frozen and i have emails and messages and it wont let me into them. There is also a new envolope box in between the where you recieve your emails and messages and it has a yellow envolope at the bottom of that. i've tried taken out the battery and restarting it but it does the same thing. it will let me in to everything but the things i need internet for as well
Received a meesage from Blackberry saying my gmail could no longer be delivered. I was instructed to enter setup and re-enter my password.
But clicking on mail within setup brings no setup options ...unlike the other like Blackberry Messenger or instant messaging. Once I have clicked on mail settings I find that I cannot exit setup at all (no problem if I select anything other than mail) and must turn off the deivice to restore capability.
This has probably occurred after an OS upgrade ? ..running 6.0 bundle 2534.. though until the Blackberry message I hadn't noticed a problem.
Is there a fix or is there the abilty to backout the upgrade ?
i am using curve 9300 3G, I am unable to use Internet on my device. I am able to use my enterprise mails, personal mails, BBM, and other applications available in my handset. It is just that Internet does not work.. My OS is version 6 .another colleague of mine who is using OS version 5 had a similar problem but it got resolved after he changed browser settings in Advanced Options- browser- Default Browser configuration- changed from Blackberry browser to Internet Browser - after that again browser options and select all ( support Java script, allow java script pop ups, terminate slow running scripts, show images, use background images, support embedded media) after that Cache options, clear all ( content cache, pushed content, cookie chache) . There after he went to host routing table and register .. Post which after hard boot he was able to access Internet. My problem is my OS version is 6 and I do not have advanced options tab in my handset and hence I am unable to change settings.
I've bought 8520 and doesn't have a GPRS plan from service provider. Hence used Wifi to access internet and worked awesome. Later i've got a data plan from operator and started using internet disabling Wifi. When i was back to home and started using Wifi disabling the Data Service from service provider, I couldn't access internet through Wifi.
I got a BlackBerry Curve 8520 for Christmas and it won't allow me to set up personal emails, I only have the BlackBerry Enterprise option. I have gone to advanced options and gone to HRT and have sent away for registration as suggested on another page, but I have received no confirmation the message was sent, and I am still unable to access email. Also I cannot down load BlackBerry APS or Facebook. I am an 02 ready to go customer..
My unit is a Blackberry Curve 9300.I recently changed my password on my email accounts using my Mac. The same email accounts that were setup in my BB Curve.Having done this, I received a mail on my BB stating that I cannot receive emails from the accounts I changed my password on until I update the email setitings on my BB.So I go to SETUP, click EMAIL ACCOUNTS and I was asked, "Are you ready for your device updates?". I click YES and I was brought to a browser with a link "DOWNLOAD MAIL SETUP" which I clicked. And then the phone hangs.I restarted but now I cannot seem to access the "EMAIL ACCOUNTS" link on the setup folder so I can update my password. When I click, nothing happens.
I am having problems accessing anything that has been download using Blackberry apps, such as facebook , blackberry apps world, this is only a recent problem after having my phone for a year, I have tried taking the battery out whilst the phone is switched on. When the phone reboots a message comes up as follows " Uncaught exception index 4>=4" I can get onto the internet as I am still receiving e-mails. Also this tends to resolve itself if I am away from my address.
After installing a 8gb media card in my BB Curve 8330, I am no longer able to access bookmarked links (aol, google, weather, etc). If I remove the media card, all normal bookmark functions return.
Am unable to access Desktop Manager, I get the message 'B. Desktop Manager has stopped working' I have uninstalled the programme and downloaded it again from this site. Have just tried again and getting the same message.
I am unable to access internet on my BB 9300 handset. I have activated the internet service pack from Vodafone but I dont see the Blackberry browser option in the main menu. I am only able to find browser option through which I am unable to access browse. But my configured email account is working on the same device.
I have scoured the forums here and practically everywhere possible on the net with out any luck at finding an answer for almost a month. I am currently on Prepaid cards through Fido. I bought a BB Curve about a month ago because I was told it had built in WiFi.I have no problems connecting it to my home wireless network. Weather I have it secured or unsecured. I have no problems connecting to any open or secured wireless network. Where I do have a problem is when I go to places like Starbucks where it has a log-in Screen. Then I am unable to connect at all.I scan for networks, it finds the network. I select the network. It then says it's connected. Then I go to try and go onto the internet and it just gives me a blank white screen. As of right now I am finding that my BlackBerry is just a useless paperweight since mainly I got it to use at Starbucks since that is where I am a lot of the time.
I have tried going to bell.ca and seeing if I could access it that way (as I read somewhere to try this), still no luck. My question is, why would I be told that it has built in wifi if it only works on certain networks? Is it able to be used on networks that have a login screen or is it not able to? And is there something I am doing wrong? It is showing the bell hotspot name when it says connected. And I made sure I have it set as wifi mode. I have had other devices (Palm Pilot) that have had no problems connecting. What is the point of built in wifi if it won't work on ALL wifi networks?Ultimately what I want to know, is how to get my BlackBerry to bring up the login pages of these "hot spots"? Weather at Starbucks, Libraries, other coffee shops etc.?
