Changed my password on my work email but cannot access bb internet services to change it in on my phone. When I try to sign in, my user name is not recognised. I can access bb internet services online, and have changed my email password and internet services password there. But I am locked out of my phone, and work emails no longer arrive.

I have a Blackberry Curve 8520 with T-Mobile unlimited internet and Blackberry services. Until about 2/3 weeks ago I had the blackberry for about 2 months and was working perfectly, however now it's started to have some problems with internet services.The problem is that most of the time it just won't connect to the internet anymore. Things like Whatsapp, Googlemail, The Blackberry Store, Browser, just don't work. Yet sometimes they do. For example with whatsapp, it will suddenly stop sending/receiving messages and then receive them hours later. BBM seems to be fairly consistent however.. but is just really slow sometimes.

Our contract states that we should have 24EBB, 50m, 250t, 100m per month.

for the past week i was unable to access my email services. I have done a handheld wipe as well on my phone also after that which result that my email icon etc is not showing anymore. When i run a diagnostic test everythingis fine except for the PIN-PIN.
Blackberry registratio:Yes
Connected to Blackberry: Yes
PIN-PIN: No
I phoned my service provider and according to them everything is in order on there system. They have tried to resend my email service books but i don't recieve it. Data service etc is working fine and my phone register on the blackberry network. Please assist as i am unable to setup my emails etc or connect to messenger etc....
My mom's phone's data services aren't working...it's only working when we're connected to the WiFi at our house. When I turn it off, nothing else works except texts and calls.
BBM's / emails won't work; I did the host routing table and that wasn't working either. Can anyone help me or have any suggestions?
I have added data plan to my plan, but I still have not been able to use the services. I have a Blackberry Curve 9300 and I live in Finland, my provider is Saunalahti/Elisa. Do I need a separate code to activate BB Internet Services

At home I have Bell and a DLink network. DLink shows up as a network to connect to, but I've put in every password I've ever used and it always says "Failed to authenicate against the network". Then I tried accessing my church connection last night while I was there. The password was confirmed by another church member, so I know it should work but the same thing happened.
I can't access mobile internet, but can access internet over wifi. What is going on? Do I need something called a Blackberry data plan? AND Why do I need to pay extra for this, if I pay £5 a month, do I get unlimited access for the cost? Two days ago, i topped up £15 pounds rang them up and opted back in. They took my £5 and left me stranded, i cant access bbm or internet, when i login to blackberrys mobile site i get a pop up saying this "Your blackberry R internet service account is suspended or de-activated please contact 191" bla bla bla. When I open the browser and type an address, it just says that I should be in a WI-FI zone and to check this, or something along those lines. How do I get onto the Internet without using WI-FI???
