I'm using BlackBerry 9300 and black berry internet services is not connected although I'm using Wi Fi connection in my home with wireless router and the icon of black berry didn't appear on the screen please try to help me in that case by referring to how can I make it from the devise options?
View 5 RepliesI have a Blackberry Curve 8520 with T-Mobile unlimited internet and Blackberry services. Until about 2/3 weeks ago I had the blackberry for about 2 months and was working perfectly, however now it's started to have some problems with internet services.The problem is that most of the time it just won't connect to the internet anymore. Things like Whatsapp, Googlemail, The Blackberry Store, Browser, just don't work. Yet sometimes they do. For example with whatsapp, it will suddenly stop sending/receiving messages and then receive them hours later. BBM seems to be fairly consistent however.. but is just really slow sometimes.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have installed the Blackberry desktop software and my new Curve 9300 connects and preforms the feature of syncing with my Outlook 2010 and does the backup and does the software upgrades for my phone. The one thing i cannot seem go get to happen is the media sync. The card is installed and under the option the card is enabled and sees the 2GIG therefore i assume the mass storage mode is turned on since both check boxes are enabled at the top of STORAGE in OPTIONS.I have just about spent my entire day reading thru the net trying to get differnt takes on the problem but at this point before i have installed and uninstalled to the point of creating havoc on my laptop i would just like to know a direction to take. Also if this matter or not when the phone is plug in thru the USB cable and in "My Computer" I do not see the 2Gig Card listed as a drive or anything like that.

To my surprise my call history appeared on my new phone...to my even bigger surprise when I got home it connected to my home WIFI automatically even though it is Password protected. How this sort of information is getting transferred, I don't think it is my sim and I am slightly concerned it is getting stored on the BES server.

A month ago my bbm ran out, they sent me a few texts saying we have tried and failed to take £5 for bbm (vodafone) i was then opted out of Blackberry services. Two days ago, i topped up £15 pounds rang them up and opted back in. They took my £5 and left me stranded, i cant access bbm or internet, when i login to blackberrys mobile site i get a pop up saying this "Your blackberry R internet service account is suspended or de-activated please contact 191" bla bla bla. Well i done that and they said they can't do anything about it. I followed the steps on vodafones troubleshooting i.e regerstering host etc* all failed .

Or i must plug the phone on the sector and then it works ok.I have changed the battery. I have already the same problem.
