I really cant figure this out by myself cause this is my first smartphone and i love it but i am very frustrated that it is not working properly
My Nokia 808 says "error 404" and don't run application and themes from the Nokia-shop. Besides that it can't run all these things because "it's not enought memory". How can it be if my Nokia 808 must be empty now?!! I've bought it some days ago only!
if you purchase anything from the Nokia Store, game, application, and for any reason(change your phone, reformat your phone, etc) you want to re download that item after more than 1 year since the initial purchase/download , even if this is only the 2nd time you try to download the item, you will not be able to do it,your only option will be to buy the item again. I found this out when i upgraded my phone and i tried to install the stuff that i had on my old phone, stuff bought from the Nokia Store, but more than 1 year ago. This is the reply that i got from Nokia when i emailed them asking why my only option is to buy again the items. understand that all downloaded applications is only valid for a year. If you wish to download the same application, you have to re-purchase it.Please feel free to write back to us if you need further assistance with this case. You may also contact one of our friendly Technical Support Executives at 1-300 366 733 from 8am to 8pm, AEST, seven days a week. [URL].. So far i was not able to find anywhere in the Nokia Store terms and conditions anything about this 1 year validity....and Nokia Australia decided to ignore the emails i sent to them, asking for a link to the section of the Terms and Conditions that advises about this rule.I wonder if one of the Nokia representatives that moderate or read these forums can bother to clarify this.
I bought an E7 about a month ago and the first thing I did was to upgrade the software. After doing this, i've been unable to access the nokia store. Error message is ''unable to connect to service'' Even when i access the store via a PC and want to download an app, an sms is sent to my phone. When I click the link, it taakes me to ''download nokia store page''. the data on my phone is working perfectly.
it has been a while that i am not able to see or download any paid apps on ovi store. why do you think is that? i can not even find Internet app on ovi when i search for it. i can only see free apps.
Recently I just installed the new Ovi Store update, allowing me to access the Gift section for a while. But after that one visit, I haven't been able to go to that section anymore
I am facing problem logging into my acc.Everytime i start the nokia OVI player,it states signing on the acc and then it says cannot sign in automatically.
I am unable to purchase a game 'Ferrari Revolution 2' using my phone bill. When it takes me to the purchase page, the phone bill option is not available. Meaning that I can't select this option.
The new Nokia store qml client has been updated from 3.18 to 3.20 on Nokia beta labs. There is a new feature added Which allows a user with no Nokia account to download free apps. Its been said that this feature will be available after 16th December.Just an afterthought- is it an indication that belle will available from 16th December?
I used nokia 701 from last five months, but from last week I started face some problem to accessing nokia calendar, that come to by default in model, when I clicked on calendar icon it just loads and disappears nothing opens, but as soon as I restore it works fine but after a day it appears again.
I can't download game from OVI Store. Game is Eternal Legacy HD and my phone is N8. My problem is game size is 297.4MB but it can download only 264MB everytime i try to dowload and now it reach a maximum download number!! DAM I lost my money for free?!
Is any one else having the same problem with Ovi? I can't sign in to Ovi Store via any app, Facebook or just the store. I haven't done anything new to my phone (E7) but since last night I haven't been able to access any Ovi based sites.
I am not intending to do anything to my phone to try and fix this problem until I've left it for a while for Ovi to fix the problem themselves, as I suspect that it's something that's happened their end. To back up my theory it would be good to know if others are suffering in the same way?
i was format my Nokia C7-00 and lost my all apps in my device. After that i am updated my soft but ovi store never installed. i also try to download it from nokia.com but my device unable to installed it. now how can i solve this problem

I cannot remove the Ovi Store application in my nokia E6. I tried to uninstall the Ovi Store however the screen only "refreshes" (the selection of Ovi Store cancels) and nothing else happens.
Something wierd is happening today. I am unable to sign on to my Ovi Player. It just keeps flashing a message on the centre of the page 'You coudn't be signed in automatically
elarlier purchased application through OVI is not resotred when the software updated with nokia site. (like purchased application : SMS Scheduler by migitel)
I had created a [URL] account, and had linked it to my Facebook account. Due to some problems, however, I had to delete/deactivate the ovi.com account. I have just recently found out that my Facebook is still 'linked' to the old [URL] account, and since that account has been deleted, I am unable to unlink the Facebook account.
I have just now purchased Nokia Asha 20 v10.60. I could not save more than 1000 contacts. I need to sync from my old nokia n72 which has about 1500 contacts. Is there anyway to increase the contacts allocation in the phone or switch the contacts to store in memory card.
I have just updated to Nokia Belle and I am having a few issues with Nokia Store (as are a number of other people by the looks of it).
Although I have correctly set up my access points (the update wiped them) and have selected my wifi as the access point with the highest priority, Nokia Store is refusing to connect via WLAN and is giving the warning "mobile data off - no connections made" (this is with mobile data turned off and Wifi on), clearly there is something that is preventing the app using this access point and is sticking to Mobile data only. I have re-installed the program to no avail.
I can still access Nokia Store via my O2 wap access point (priority 2) however as some of the apps I will need to reinstall are quite large I want to do this via Wifi.My browser works correctly through Wifi as does Ovi music. I have tried setting the browser to ask which access point I want to use, however to no avail.Out of interest the other programs that I have noticed do not work like Nokia Store (Mobile data turned off and Wifi turned on) are Shazaam and Weather. Not sure if there is a link.
Models having the problem: Nokia E71, E72 Basically, Ovi Store keeps on Loading for sometime then gives me an error of "Unable to connect to Server". This only happens whenever i choose a WLAN connection. However it works fine on packet data connection.I was able to resolve this on my E71 with a workaround, by editing the access point information, and changing the data carrier of my WLAN to Packet data so my phone sees my WLAN as a packet data connection. I tried doing the same on my E72, but it didnt allow me to change the data carrier field. This problem prevents me from enjoying Ovi Store, because Packet data connectivity is more expensive than WLAN here in Saudi Arabia.it seems that many are experiencing the same problem and Many are suggesting to reset and format the phone or re-installing ovi store, but I will not be doing trial and error on my phone which can result in losing valuable data.it seems that Nokia has not provided a cure for this, and I am seriously looking into leaving Nokia for good, till they come up with more reliable and creative phones and services. It seems that Competition has blinded nokia about Quality which me and many others are missing lately.
I have the latest (not beta) version of OVI Store on my C7 with Anna and although it was working fine after the update, I tried to connect today and the software confirms "Unable to connect to service".
