Jan 13, 2012i bought my new Nokia c7 last week and after i got my sim and internet i realized that i couldnt access the ovi store,the social app,and All the utility apam except Web when ever i open ovi store it says 'unable to connect service' but the internet is connected....i tried changing the settings over and over again....i use internet connection via my service provider and not wlan so please can some one tell me how to fix my settings? I really cant figure this out by myself cause this is my first smartphone and i love it but i am very frustrated that it is not working properly

Error message is ''unable to connect to service'' Even when i access the store via a PC and want to download an app, an sms is sent to my phone. When I click the link, it taakes me to ''download nokia store page''. the data on my phone is working perfectly.

Jan 20, 2010for the past week i was unable to access my email services. I have done a handheld wipe as well on my phone also after that which result that my email icon etc is not showing anymore. When i run a diagnostic test everythingis fine except for the PIN-PIN.

PIN-PIN: No
I phoned my service provider and according to them everything is in order on there system. They have tried to resend my email service books but i don't recieve it. Data service etc is working fine and my phone register on the blackberry network. Please assist as i am unable to setup my emails etc or connect to messenger etc....
