I seem to be unable to access the Help Function from the home screen without having to complete a hard reset each time. The device is new and I suspect that I have a setting incorrectly placed but I have checked the obvious ones and am stuck.

When I make or receive phone calls on my z2 the screen go's black and i am unable to access any function dureing a call until the phone on the other end disconnects.

I have tried to connect to iTunes but the phone is not being recognized even though there is an iTunes account for it. The handset is an old one of mine and is around 3 and half years old.

I've been having an issue since I did the 0S6 upgrade to my torch 9800 where when I click on the screen display it doesn't completely open it just flashes quickly and then closes, it was doing it with home screen display and now it seems to have switched but now I can't change themes. Anyone else know of this issue or a solution

Basically I can't get to the home screen, I have a password on my phone, soon as I try to unlock it the phone locks up.
I've done a battery pull and removing the SD card and the SIM but no joy.
But if I use the phone to make calls its fine.
Its really weird to say the least.
It could be the password causing it, is there anyway for me to disable the password outside of the phone itself? Such as using desktop manager? Or should I just bite the bullet and update the firmware?
Why does when i apply a theme , there is no homescreen "clock theme" that is working, the one that functions is a theme with a wallpaper homescreen.

I can access the "Sound and Alert Profiles" via the Homescreen icon but when I then click the "Sounds for Selected Profile" banner nothing happens. I'm running it with the WanamLite Rom, which by the way I find very cool.On my S3 I was able to access a specific home screen panel directly by tapping the corresponding dot in the home screen. On the S6 it seems this is not possible anymore and you are forced to swipe. Is there any way (setting/mod/customization) to have the home screen panel dots to behave as they used to?

My E63 crashed after a software update last night. I seem to have recovered most stuff, but now can't access my emails from the Active Home Screen. It shows that new emails have arrived, but when I click on the icon - nothing happens. Just stays on the home screen. I can access emails by going Menu-Installations-email, but this is a bit of a faff!
Any ideas? I'm using the Nokia Messaging email for my Hotmail account. It all went smoothly for the last year....
I recently bought my torch and im excited to use my bbm, heres the problem. the first time i tried to text globe to activate my BBMAX I immidiately got a reply and ask me to wait for my signal to get EDGE. but then i waited for hours my sinal is turned to 3G and i cant access my bbmessenger yahoo messnger and twitter, meaning my bb is not yet activated.

However, whenever I try to access the "internet email account" option from the email accounts setup page, I automatically get transferred back to the setup page. Having updated my Bold 9900 to the latest Vodafone supported software a couple of weeks ago (just after I bought it) I have been unable to hide icons on the home screen. When I try to hide all they drop but leave the top 2 rows showing. they all pop up as expected when commanded to so it must be some software glitch?
