Setup-> Emails accounts: Video showing two options: normal Mail account and company mail account.
In my system there's not such a thing. I can choose between google & co. or type an own one. Doing this I fail! I think that the right option is missing. How can I activate the enterprise service?

How do I get all the email setup options back?The Torch was to replace a Bold stolen the day before. It was PIN protected but not backed up, nor did it have recovery or tracking software. Is there a way to trace it if it used again?

Nov 14, 2011I have a blackberry torch. it has recently been replaced on the insurance, but now i can not set up my e mail accounts or connect to blackberry net (facebook, twitter). When i try to set my e mails up it asks me for the enterprise activation password. I have tried countless times with vodafone to rectify this. They sent me a link to activate my e mail accounts, but they are still associated with my old blackberry pin number. Vodafone have now told me to contact the manufacturers to change the security access to my new pin number, as my details have not updated like they should have done.I can not find any numbers to contact these though. I am getting increasingly frustrated with this as i am paying for a service i can not use, and they cant rectify.

Dec 19, 2011I recently switched from bold 9700 to torch 9860. I setup my msn and gmail account on my Blackberry and it worked fine until I activated enterprise email account. Both msn and gmail 's icon dispeared and i don't get emails pushed to my blackberry any more. I already erased both msn and gmail accounts on BB and re-setup, doesn't make a difference. the msn worked fine on my 9700 until i switch.

After downloading the Blackberry App World's latest version i am not able to login to the Blackberry ID account, while my username and password is valid as i am able to log in to the website using the same ID and PW.thing is working except the telphone and enterprise email, i am not able to setup my yahoo email or gmail accounts, coz everytime its leading to the verify Blackberry ID screen and when i key in it says " Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account" its not telling wrong password, there must be something i am missing during the setup process.

Sep 5, 2010I have had the torch for about 2 weeks and initially didn't like it at all, I had a Curve for 2 years but dropped it once too often :-(. Anyway I am a big guy 6'2" 225 and I am still getting used to typing (hope i will), but the biggest issue I have is the "Lock" button for the phone. I usually keep the phone in my pocket and if you breath on the lock button too hard the phone unlocks. Is there an option for holding the lock button down for "X" seconds before the phone unlocks, I loved that you had to hit 2 keys to unlock the Curve. I really don't want to deal with a password, is that my only option?
i really only want it for text,email and talking to people, would I be better off with the new Curve 3G?

Now when i go to Setup and E-mail accounts it only gives me the option of setting up Yahoo, Gmail, Windows Live, Other and create new adressIt used to ask me here whether i want to setup a Internet Account or Enterprise Account. So how do i setup a BES account now on my device?I did delete all the service books related to my BES account that was on the device as i thought that would've deleted the actual account but i didn't so i had to do the security wipe?

Oct 13, 2011I just installed the newest OS for my Torch 9800 (6.0 Bundle 2647). I lost all of my passwords and email accounts. Just go to Setup, select Email Accounts and add all of my accounts back. When I go to Setup there are 2 envelope icons that say "Email Accounts" where there used to be only 1. When I click on either of them it takes me to the "Select the type of email account type:"
Here we have 2 options: Internet Mail Account or Enterprise Account. When I click on Internet Mail Account it takes me right back to Setup, so I select "Email Accounts" again, and then Internet Mail Account and again my phone goes right back to Setup. It just goes around and around in circles and never gives me the option of actually adding an email account. From setup to select type and right back to setup. I have taken the battery out to no avail.

Sep 14, 2012After i activated my enterprise account the contacts wont sync . I the Contacts there is no Lookup option to reply the available users.
When i activate the enterprise account using Desktop Manager the contacts are synced two ways (as there is an option on the manager) the look up option on the device is active and displays all the contacts on the server.

Dec 21, 2011I am not able to receive emails after a security wipe. I am not receiving emails on my enterprise mailbox and when I am trying to configure the mailbox, it says unable to contact the server and every time i try to configure enterprise email a mail comes to my enterprise id with following message "This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server" and nothing happens after that. Even the other mailbox like yahoo etc are facing the same issue. After security wipe, I am not able to configure any of my mailbox on Bold 9780. I having been using this phone for last 8 months and it was working fine until last 3 weeks.
