After i activated my enterprise account the contacts wont sync . I the Contacts there is no Lookup option to reply the available users.
When i activate the enterprise account using Desktop Manager the contacts are synced two ways (as there is an option on the manager) the look up option on the device is active and displays all the contacts on the server.
How to get the option to activate the Enterprise Service on my BB9700 ? My company has the Enterprise Server App installed and working for most of there employees. My issue is that on my particular BB, if I go into Options/Advanced Options there is no menu item for activating the Enterprise app. Do you know if there is a download or something I need from my service providers (AT&T) to allow me to see/have this option on my phone?

View 1 Replies View RelatedRandomly a few days ago, when composing emails I noticed my address book doesn't seem to be 'looked up'i.e. when I type in the To: box, the letter A or Ada...'Adam Smith' doesn't appear in the suggested contacts. None of my contacts appear at all!
This 'lookup' functions works fine for SMS but not email emails.I've updated with the latest software already

i have my mobile noki 5233.i have purchased the software Internet downloader pro from nokia ovi store bt when i download video in mp4 h.264 format it doesn't play it says either can play video or audio bt it plays flv h.263 format very well.bt all thevideos are in 240p resolution all the mp4 format has the higher resolution bt it doesn't show any option to download h.263 format in mp4 videos.play videos in h.364 format.

When I pull a contact from my Exchange server it only shows the user name and a few phone numbers. It does not show the address. I know there are addresses because every exchange contact has one. Is there a way for the iPhone to display the address by default? A lot of times I need to look at where the user is located. Of course I can save a contact and add an address in, but I work for a very large company and there are hundreds and hundreds of users. Cannot add them all. there is a way to display the address. Coming from a Blackberry I was able to do this very easily and every contact field was displayed. Not sure why the Iphone is just selecting the contact name and phone numbers only. Doesn't Apple think an iPhone user would want to see the contacts address too?

I am trying to setup a Blackberry Enterprise Server email address on my Blackberry 8530, but I only have the option to setup a personal one in the Email Setup Wizard. I do have a black berry data plan setup, my personal email is working fine on the blackberry, but I need the enterprise option to work with my work's email. I'd be happy to do that, if I had an enterprise account, which I believe (cld. be wrong) is what companies use. The phone works and sms works.Anyways my issue is this, I am using it for personal use, but cannot send/receive pin messages, my bbm doesn't send/receive invites, and it won't let me setup a personal email.When I click on setup/email the only option available is to add an enterprise email and asks for the enterprise password.Any ideas as to why this is happening or ways around this so I can use my bbm and setup my personal emails to automatically send to my phone like I had before? Mine still works perfect. Any ideas on what needs to be done to get her email set back up and bbm working again ?

The tone plays fine, as do music and videos, but texts and calls cannot be sent or received.
