BB Torch :: Enterprise Account Change Security Setting?

I have a blackberry torch. it has recently been replaced on the insurance, but now i can not set up my e mail accounts or connect to blackberry net (facebook, twitter). When i try to set my e mails up it asks me for the enterprise activation password. I have tried countless times with vodafone to rectify this. They sent me a link to activate my e mail accounts, but they are still associated with my old blackberry pin number. Vodafone have now told me to contact the manufacturers to change the security access to my new pin number, as my details have not updated like they should have done.I can not find any numbers to contact these though. I am getting increasingly frustrated with this as i am paying for a service i can not use, and they cant rectify.

I recently switched from bold 9700 to torch 9860. I setup my msn and gmail account on my Blackberry and it worked fine until I activated enterprise email account. Both msn and gmail 's icon dispeared and i don't get emails pushed to my blackberry any more. I already erased both msn and gmail accounts on BB and re-setup, doesn't make a difference. the msn worked fine on my 9700 until i switch.

I switched BlackBerries with someone, and did a security sweep. Now when I try to use setup wizard for my email accounts it asks me to select what type of email account I'd like to set up, then when I click it, it returns to the setup home page.

I had a BES account setup on my Torch 9800. Wiped the email settings - Options > Security > Security Wipe with only Emails selected. Now when i go to Setup and E-mail accounts it only gives me the option of setting up Yahoo, Gmail, Windows Live, Other and create new adressIt used to ask me here whether i want to setup a Internet Account or Enterprise Account. So how do i setup a BES account now on my device?I did delete all the service books related to my BES account that was on the device as i thought that would've deleted the actual account but i didn't so i had to do the security wipe?

I've problem for tha Gmail setting.I select Email Accounts / Internet Mail Account / Set up another email account / Gmail / I put my credentials ( I verified more times the right details, I verified in my gmail account the IMAP setting it's on)But it doesn't work, ( update is failed)

I have activated three email account on my Blackberry 9900 (two outlook accounts and one yahoo account).I have activated one of the Outlook Email account via enterprise activation BES service on my Blackberry 9900.Another Outlook account have been synchronized from my Blackberry desktop manager.Yahoo account is configured with BIS service activation.When I go the Email Account management only the Accounts activated via BES and BIS service from device are visible but not the account synced from desktop.

I have set the calendar so that Sunday (in UAE) is the first working day of the week. When I select weekdays for the alarm it doesn't recognise this and doesn't go off on a Sunday. It still goes off on a Friday which is the weekend. So I have to remember to keep switching it on or off How can I change this setting?

Good day, I have a bb Bold 9700 running on the 6.0 server. I got a message with updates for bbm and twitter but was not able to execute them because I could not log in when requested to do so.I tried the reset password option just to make sure that I was entering the right one.I updated my thirdparty info.I also made sure that the device was registered with the wireless network.Each time I try to log in my "tries" (out of 10) keep going down and an e-mail is sent to my address that I registered the bb with. I am not able to receive emails after a security wipe. I am not receiving emails on my enterprise mailbox and when I am trying to configure the mailbox, it says unable to contact the server and every time i try to configure enterprise email a mail comes to my enterprise id with following message "This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server" and nothing happens after that. Even the other mailbox like yahoo etc are facing the same issue. After security wipe, I am not able to configure any of my mailbox on Bold 9780. I having been using this phone for last 8 months and it was working fine until last 3 weeks.

how to activate an email account. Whenever I click on the mail button, it shows: No accounts activated?Account activation To activate your enterprise account, enter details provided by your system administrator in the fields below I've read that it should first give you an option: Enterprise or the Personal account. In this case, it doesn't show any option.

I had an old BB curve 8900, am I had some problems with it and I decided to buy another one. On my old BB 8900I had Enterprise activation account. I received a new password and ALL the things I had on my old phone were synchronized on my new one. And I don't want that. So I've wipe out my phone. But surprise when I entered my Enterprise activation account all the previous things that I wiped out were on my new wiped out BB curve 8900. I don't want that. I want a new fresh BB! How can I wipe out everything, activate this account and have a fresh start. I love this function, I love that all my contacts, mails etc., were there, but I just want to copy a part of them. (I'm doing this because a while ago I've changed the language of the phone and in the upper right corner is a mark with "EN" and I really hate it, and I want it gone, but every time I change the phone, wipe it out, it reappears)...
